In order to verify the efficiency of DONtest-HPLC in breeding wheat with low DON, and to reveal the variation of DON content in wheat,8 cultivars with different resisance to fusarium head blight were used for analysis when fusarium head blight epidemic severely occurred in the middle and lower stretches of Yangtze River in 2003.
