On the basis of long-term experiment, changes in soil organic C, N and dynamics of soil NO〓-N of cropping systems were investigated in gully area of the Loess Plateau by means of analysis of the 15-year soil samples, crop yield in following crop systems: 1 continuous winter wheat with unmanured , nitrogen, organic manure , phosphorus and organic manure , nitrogen and phosphorus , nitrogen, phosphorus and organic manure , 2 continuous alfalfa, 3 pea-winter wheat rotation, winter wheat-sainfoin rotation, and 4 bare fallow. A model was developed according to the organic C dynamics, and was tested by the long-term experiment.

However, the use of Aegliops tauschii in improvement of wheat yield trait has not been reported. In this study, T.durum-Ae.Squarrosa amphidiploids was crossed with common wheat PH85-16, then backcrossed with PH85-16. The variation characteristic of the main yield traits of BC1F1 and BC1F2 were analyzed. Then, QTLs affecting yield traits were detected by 130 SSR primer pairs of D genome in BC_1F_1 and BC_1F_2.The result showed chromosomes in D genome from Aegliops tauschii affected yield trait of wheat significantly.

The grain protein content of 12 waxy wheat varieties with floury endosperm from different crosses was also tested.

The results showed that spring wheat with plastic film mulches was able to improve the content of chlorophyll and protein of leaves in the earlier growing period and the average increase per day of the content of chlorophyll and protein of the mulched wheat increased by 31.49% and 7.94% than that of unmulched wheat respectively; but it could accelerate the decomposition of chlorophyll and protein in the later period.
