In this paper, the background of fake information diffusion in public crisis management was firstly analyzed, and then three basic propositions and three hypothesis of simulation were concluded. Then, the management countermeasures of fake information diffusion in public crisis were classified as fifteen types according to the types of strategy and executive ability, and then fifteen corresponding simulation schemes were put forward. Meanwhile, a management simulation model of fake information diffusion in public crisis was constructed and used to phenomenologically simulate the scenarios and validity of five among these fifteen management countermeasures. At last, these simulation results were contrasted and analyzed, and five novel but meaningful conclusions were drawn.

首先对公共危机伪信息特殊性及其管理复杂性进行分析，得出论文研究的三大基本命题与三大研究假设；在此基础上，一方面分析了混沌理论方法在公共危机伪信息管理仿真中的适用性，并根据混沌情景预测方法构建了公共危机伪信息扩散的管理仿真模型，另一方面依据所提出的基本命题与研究假设，从管理策略与管理执行力度两方面对公共危机伪信息管理模式进行分类，形成了十五个仿真方案；最后利用所构建的仿真模型其中的五个仿真方案的管理绩效与扩散情景进行唯象仿真，并对仿真结果进行横向对比分析，得出五大结论。

Methods: Experimental mice were perfused with different dosages of tetracycline. Eighteen hours later, the serum levels of ALT, AST were measured and the liver tissues were observed by photics microscope to find the relative suitable dosage that can obviously induce acute liver injury. Then the suitable dosage was given in the same way, and the levels of ALT, SOD, MDA, GSH-PS, IL-18 in serum were measured 18, 36, 54, 72 h later respectively. The condition of cell apoptosis was analyzed, and the tissues were observed by photics microscope and electron microscope to find the relative suitable time.

Firstly, the high resolution pictures of dragonfly wings from sample tests were studied thoroughly, and the unique feature of the reticulate vein distribution and the variation of the vein sizes and the grid shapes in different zones were figured out;then several computational models based on a dragonfly wing were established by using ANSYS, and beam 189 and shell 93 elements were used respectively in modeling of the veins and the membrane so as to ensure the compatibility between the veins and the membrane at a deformed state;these models subject to uniform loading cases were analyzed respectively so as to explore the unique performances of the wing structure, furthermore, through eigenvalue spectrum analyses of these models, the special role of the pterostigma in eliminating or suppressing the wing quivering effect was also evaluated.

Results: Of all the semen samples, 8 were HCMV positive, 4 HSV-Ⅱ positive, but none were both HCMV and HSV-Ⅱ positive.
