Seven grapevine cultivars originated from different regions, i. e.'Carbernet Sauvignon' and'Queen of Vineyard'(two members of the Western Europe Cultivars Group),'Rizamat'(a member of the East Cultivars Group),'Red Double Taste'(a hybridized cultivar from Vitis vinifera L. and V. labrusca L.),'1103Paulsen','Red Globe'and 'Autumn Royal'(two new hybridized cultivars between cultivars groups which were warmly planted in recent years) were selected. After different drought stress, a combined measurement of gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence was conducted to evaluate the effects of drought stress to photoinhibition, as well as the role of photorespiration and xanthophyll cycle in photoprotective mechanism. After photorespiration and xanthophyll cycle were separately inhibited, the complementary effect of these two photoprotective pathways was discussed. Detached leaves of different grapevine cultivars, i. e.'Cabernet Sauvignon','Cabernet Franc','Merlot', and a rootstock,'1103Paulsen'were selected as materials, and photoinhibition degree, photorespiration activity as well as its photoprotective function under drought stress were studied. In this paper, orthogonal tests were conducted to study cut-tomato preservation with short-time microwave treatment. It was found that the vacuum packaged cut-tomato only reached low temperature of pasteurization after short-time microwave treatment, but it could be preserved for a long time under normal atmospheric temperature. The optimal treatment parameters were determined. The parameters are solution contains 0.12%vitamin C and microwave treatment time is 54 s; The image processing of samples were carried out to get color histograms and corresponding color mean, and effects of the method were explained with certain value. Effects of package on tomato were analyzed; it was considered that cut-tomato would be packaged with lightproof package.

The mean ADC value of lymphomatous, metastatic and benign lymph nodes was (0.874±0.17)×10~(-3)mm~2/s,(0.98±0.09)×10~(-3)mm~2/s and (1.20±0.10)×10~(-3)mm~2/s. There was statistically different between benign lymph nodes and other groups (P=0.00). When an ADC value of 1.085×10~(-3)mm~2/s was used as a threshold value for differentiating malignant from benign lymph nodes, the best results were obtained with an sensitivity of 87.8% and specificity of 91.3%. 16 of 18 cases (88.9%) were accurately staged in accordance with clinical staging. For 24 patients after chemotheraphy or radiotheraphy, 4 cases were complete remission and WB-DWI was negative. WB-DWI was positive in 14 of 17 cases with recurrent or remnant tumor. For 3 patients with suspected partial remission, WB-DWI indicated necrosis in 2 cases and inactive in 1 case. Repeated WB-DWI examination was performed in 13 cases, tumors were eradicated in 6 cases, improved in 4, expanded in 2. A new colon carcinoma besides its primary lesion was found in 1 case. The results of WB-DWI were all concordant with other clinical tests.
