In our study, 3 genotypies have been respectively demonstrated in UL139 and UL149 for the first time, and the corelations between certain genotypical structure and certain diseases were also proposed; The existence of the 3 genotypes of UL144 was foremost verified in isolates from congenital infants; Furthermore, the UL140, UL141 and UL145 genes were observed to be greatly discrepant to those had been described previously: comparing with Toledo, 231 nt are inserted in UL140, 2 more ORFs are obtained in UL141, and the UL145 ORF moves upstream by 90 nt. Except UL144, the sequences of 18 else genes in clinical isolates were submitted for the first time, and 479 sequences were assigned by GeneBank in total. Relevantly, 9 papers were published.

Drug sensitive test and three-dimensional test220 strains of Pa were isolated from hospitalized patients between 2003 and 2007. The ordinary narrow sense heritability of the ginned cotton output per plant and bells per plant were 24% and 25% resp. and that of bell weight and lint percentage etc. were lower or zero.

This study aims at tick vitellogenesis and its mechanism. Six hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibody against vitellin of the hard tick Haemaphysalis longicornis were produced by fusing myeloma cells (SP2/0) with spleen cells, both from BALB/c mouse which were immunized with the Vn. They were named as 1B5, 2A7, 2B8, 2F2, 3A1 and 3G1, respectively. Further identification indicated that 1B5, 2B8 and 2F2 were of the isotype IgGA, 2A7 was of the isotype IgG1, while 3A1 and 3G1 were of the isotype IgG2a.

The key research progresses and results that we accessed by the project were as follows: 1 A pair of degenerated primers were designed in the conserved domain which based on the amino acid sequence of HAK in Arabidopsis thaliana. The 500 bp fragment of HAK were amplified from the roots of Puccinellia tenuiflora by RT-PCR. The full sequence of HAK were obtained by 5' and 3' RACE methods and were determined and analyzed.

本项目主要取得了以下研究进展和成果：（1）根据已有HAK转运蛋白氨基酸序列在保守区域设计简并PCR引物，用反转录PCR方法，扩增出500bp的小花碱茅根HAK片段，通过5''和3''RACE的方法获取了该HAK的全长序列，完成了测序和序列同源性分析。

With the hyperspherical coordinate wavefunctions, the dynamical correlation are discussed qualitatively. So, a new experimental way to study dynamical electron correlation effect is opened.In chapter 5, the widely used R-matrix theory was introduced. Then, the GOSDS for the optically allowed excitation series (1s〓)〓S〓→〓(0, 1)〓P°(n=2-4) were calculated by this method, and the Fano profile parameters f〓 and q were obtained sequently. So the electron correlation effect can be described by these parameters quantitatively, and the theoretical results were compared with our AREELS experimental results.
