METHODS: The pregnant mice were administered by oral gavage with MXC at different doses of 0, 20, 100 and 200 mg/kg during day 12-17 of pregnancy. Meanwhile, other pregnant mice as a control group were gavaged sesame oil solvent in the same manner. The changes in body mass and number of corpora lutea of the pregnant mice were observed; and the body mass and anogenital distance of their F1 foetuses were recorded, too. The concentrations of estradiol (E2 ) and progesterone in sera of the pregnant mice were determined using radioimmunoassay.

Mainly research results were as follows:(1)Proper scanning conditions which were used for establishing NIRS nondestructive detecting models were confirmed.The results of test indicated that proper scanning times was 1 times to one point;proper scanning manner was 2 times by 180°running to several points; the enactment of scanning parameters simply satisfied the condition that the spectral line of samples and the spectral line of contrast were tangent in conquest line;it can obtain the greatest prediction performance with the spectral data which were determined in an aphotic room absolutely.

objective to evaluate dsa and percutaneous transluminal renal arterioplasty for the treatment of renovascular hypertension.methods 82 suspected patients with renovascular hypertension were given dsa examination.28 patients were treated by means of ptra while another 5 cases with unilateral kidney atrophy treated surgically.results 49 patients were normal,33 patients were abnormal,28 patients were treated by means of ptra.blood pressure had got to normal in 10 patients while in 13 patients bp dropped noticeably after ptra.the overall benefit rate was 82.1%.conclusion dsa and ptra are clinically effective for the treatment of renovascular hypertension.ptra is technically successful.

目的 评价经皮腔内肾动脉成形术治疗肾血管性高血压的价值。方法 82例全部行dsa检查，肾血管狭窄者行ptra术或外科手术，观察其治疗效果。结果 82例患者行肾动脉造影后血管正常者49例，异常者33例，其中单侧肾萎缩5例行外科手术（肾动脉搭桥1例），肾动脉狭窄28例行经皮腔内肾动脉成形术（血管内支架5例），术后10例血压降至正常或基本正常，13例血压得到改善，5例无效，总有效率达82.1%。结论 dsa检查和ptra术在诊断和治疗肾血管性高血压方面有明显的临床价值。高血压，肾血管性；数字减影血管造影术；经皮腔内肾动脉成形术

The cancers studied here were throat cancer, aute non- lymphoblas He leukem ia and acut lymphoblastic leukemia. The result s indicated that,(1)the levels of Leu, Lys, Ser Asn,Ile,Gly,and Thr were obviously decreased whea lse the levels of orn, Trp evidently increased in cultural liquid of throat can cer cell line indicating that the growth of HepⅡ cell consumed 7 amino acids and releaced 2 amino acids into cultural liquid.(2)the levels of Glu, Gls, Leu, Phe, Tyr and Trp were evidently increased while the levels of Thr , His, Ala decreased in plasma from patient with ANLL. These r esults were consistent with the previous report.(3)the levels of Gly, Trp and Phe in plasma from patients with ANLL evidently de creased and the levels of Ala, His increased after therapy indicating that cance r cells were growing in an anaerobic catabolism state.

In this paper, firstly, chloramine formation and the characteristics and kinetics of monochloramine autodecomposition were studied. Secondly, considering the high concentration of ammonia and the complication of organic matters in Shanghai Huangpu River, formation characteristics and rules of disinfection byproducts were reviewed during the breakpoint chlorination process, and on the basis of grading and clssification of organisms, the control effects of chloramination on DBPs formation were studied. Finally, the formation rules of 2-monochlorophenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol from phenol chlorination were investigated, and related influencing factors and kinetics were analysed.

RESULTS Among 327 specimens, cultures were positive in 320(97.9%),included 328 aerobe strains and 436 anaerobe strains.Most of the pathogenic bacteria were Gram negative.In aerobes,E.coli was the first (176 strains),while bacteroides were the first(216 strains) for anaerobes. In the positive cases, aerobic and anaerobic mixed infection were 64.7% while unitary aerobic and unitary anaerobic infection were only 25% and 10.3%, respectively.The drug sensitive rate of aerobes to the third generation cephalosporine was exceed 90%.The drug sensitive rate to metronidazole was 97.9%.

Luffa cylindrical Roem. contained five pairs of 45S rDNA loci and one pair of 5S rDNA loci. In Benincasa hispida Cogn., two pairs of 45S rDNA sites and one pair of 5S rDNA site were detected. In this species, 5S rDNA and one pair of the 45S loci were collocated closely in chromosome 7S. 45S rDNA chromosomal distribution patterns were highly conserved among the three species, althoufh their number varied markedly. The 5S rDNA sites on chromosomes among the three species were highly polymorphic.

objective the effects of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on resisting lipid peroxidation were investigated.methods the inhibition of anthocanin pigment from maize purple plant was examined in vitro that autcoxudation of lecithin liposome system induced by fe2+.50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.vehicle and different dose anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant were given respectively,and then experimental injury of mice liver was induced to make use of bromobenzene and the content of mda was determined in liver homogenate.results the inhibition rates of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on linoleic acid oxidation was higher that of ascorbic ascorbic acids.the content of mda in homogenate in middle and high dose of pigment were significantly lower than that in low dose and the injured control group.there were no significat differences in the content of mda in homogenate between low dose group and injury control group.conclusion the anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant have the capability to resist lipid peroxide.

目的 探讨玉米紫色植株色素抗脂质过氧化的作用。方法体外实验测定玉米紫色植株花色苷色素在fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中抗氧化活性。体内实验，取50只小鼠随机分成5组，分别给予溶媒和不同剂量的色素，然后采用溴代苯致实验性肝损伤，测定肝匀浆的丙二醛含量。结果在由fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中玉米紫色植株色素对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用，抑制率随样品的浓度增高而增大，并且明显优于抗坏血酸。在溴代苯致小鼠实验性肝损伤模型实验中，中、高剂量组的丙二醛含量均低于损伤模型组。低剂量组和损伤模型组比较丙二醛含量差异无统计学意义。
