It"s considered that the algae blooms control function in the algae"s growth dynamics model is influenced mostly by the water temperature, sun illumination, water flow speed and the concentration of the nutriment in water. A function including the four elements was built. By using cell mapping algorithm and contacting with the practical water condition of the Wujiang river and the Hanjiang river we analyzed and computed the algae blooms in the two areas and found the result was very near to the practical result. And we found that the ascend of water temperature and the descend of the water flow speed will contribute to the growth of algae and the nutriment is the substance basis of the algae blooms but not the only element. It must be under the condition of condign water temperature, enough sun illumination, slow water flow and abundant nutriment that algae blooms may break out unexpectedly.
本文认为藻类生长营养动力学模型中的水华爆发控制函数主要受水温、光照强度、水流速和营养盐浓度的影响,构建了包含水温、光照强度、水流速和营养盐浓度的水华爆发控制函数,通过对乌江、汉江的水华爆发进行胞映射分析,得到的计算结果与实际监测非常吻合,并认为水温升高和水流速下降将有利于藻类生长,营养盐是水华爆发的物质基础,但不是唯一因素,必须在适宜的水温、光照、缓慢的水流和充足的营养盐条件下,藻类才可能出现突发式的"疯长",即水华爆发。

Through the tests on gas driving water and water driving gas, the flow law of gas and water was real-time observed. Mainly based on the test of water driving gas as an example, the development of molding coal sample and NMR triaxial osmoscope was demonstrated. The experiment process of water driving gas and parameters were demonstrated. NMRI images of molding sample in horizontal cross-section along the driving direction were obtained by NMRI instrument. The results from images were analyzed and compared. Some novel laws were obtained as the following:(1) the leading edge of water driving has inconsistency. This certified the important previous conclusion that the storage of methane mainly was absorbed in inner surface of pore from NMRI technique;(2) the existence of dominant driving pathway was tested and the way kept almost fixed. The pathway is apt to exist in the edge of coal samples where pore and fracture fully develop;(3) the variation of water flow determines the transport velocity of leading edge of water driving and it has lag effect;(4) the effectiveness of the first driving is better than the second driving;and (5) the subsequence of water driving gas are from trunk fractures to branch fractures, then to branch pores.

This thesis deals with oil-water flow rate measurement using a venturi and develops a differential pressure-based two-phase flow rate measurement model, which does a terrific job with the use of a water fraction device. Meanwhile, Coriolis flow rate meter is also studied in the oil-water two-phase flow measurement and a SVM-based single-phase flow rate prediction method is proposed, realizing the prediction of single-phase flow rates. To overcome the disadvantages of both venturi and Coriolis flow meters, a double parameter measurement method is put forward, which combines the two meters and solves the problem of oil-water flow rate measurement. Last but not least, on the basis of the study of two-phase flow, a device for the separation of gas and liquid is designed and realizes the flow rate measurement of three-phase flow as oil, gas and water.

The study result indicates that the increase of f o makes oil in water type slug flow occur at lower U sg; for low flow velocity, the continuous liquid inversion occurs at about f o=0.9 and the increase of U sg makes the inversion point move to low oil volume fraction; the multi-scale entropy detail describes the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of oil-gas-water flow patterns and the rate of MSE at low scales sensitively indicates the variation of flow patterns and can act as the efficient criterion of three-phase flow patterns identification.
