The ELISA titre was 1:2000.By cell fusion, 46 hybridoma cell lines were screened,and 10 lines were cloned with limited dilution method.16 lines secreting anti-bFGF monoclonal antibody were been developed, and 2 lines targeted fusion protein. Sensitive ELISA and dot-ELISA for bFGF was developed with this mAb. The detection limit of them were 0.1 ng/well and 0.5 ng/well. We found that the titer of anti-bFGF antibody was very high in serum of neuropathic amyotrophia.

The authers fetched the embryo calvarial peristeum tissue, got human osteoblast by enzyme-assimilating methods and tissue-block culture methods. We observed the morphological change, growth feature and osteogentic capability, of osteoblast during culture in vitro with phase contrast invert microscope, drew the growth curre and identified the cells by alkaline phosphatase dye. Cell growth and proliferation was detected by MTT method after 2、4、6 days that particles were added into medium and ALP activity was measured by kit after 4、7、10 days respectively. 3. With above same methods,the 3-5th generation of human osteoblasts were cultured for 3、6、9days after different concentration of particulates titanium alloy (1mg/ml, 0.1mg/ml, 0.01mg/ml) were added into the medium and OPG gene expression was quantified by RT-PCR.

METHODS: The concentration of ozone that was transmitted by ozone generator at different time was determined by using iodine titrimetric method. 目的 探讨磁共振灌注成像技术对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别的临床应用价值。方法对47例脑膜瘤病人行mr灌注成像检查，对5种亚型的良性脑膜瘤的mr灌注成像进行分析，并与非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤进行比较。结果血管瘤型脑膜瘤实质部分的rcbv值均数最高，恶性组脑膜瘤的rcbv值均数最低。各亚型间瘤体实质最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。瘤周水肿区的rcbv值均数间差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。结论 rcbv值对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别有所帮助，而瘤周水肿区的rcbv值对脑膜瘤分型及良恶性鉴别未显示临床实用价值。

The LVSP was higher than ASP. The right ventricular systolic pressure was 35.04+3.95 mrnHg and the pulmonary arterial systolic pressure was 27.0313.46 mmHg.

Results showed that the root colonization rate of S. gracilis (62.2%) was higher than that of A. conyzoides (36.5%) and P.notatum (37.3%).The arbuscule percentage showed a similar pattern. Although the biomass and P content in the shoots of the three grass species were comparable, P content in S. gracilis roots was higher than that in A. conyzoides and P. notatum roots. The species richness and hyphal density in the rhizosphere soil of S. gracilis plants were less than those of A. conyzoides and P. notatum plants, while the spore density was highest for A. conyzoides and lowest for P. notatum. Diversity index of the native AM fungi in the rhizosphere soil of P. notatum plants was slightly higher than those of S. gracilis and A. conyzoides plants. PCRDGGE analysis was consistent with the morphological results.
