Two specieses, Lycoris radiate and Lycoris aurea, were selected for the studying of artificial propagation in vitro. A few specieses of Lycoris, from the southeast area of China and part of locations in Japan, were chosen to research their karyotype differentiation and to measure their genetic diversity by ISSR analysis. The results could be summarized as follows.1. The vegetative propagation conditions of Lycoris aurea and L. radiate in vitro was studied by two-scaling. Different illuminate condition had an effect on the bulblet formation rate. To the species of L. radiate, the rate was higher in the state of 16h 800-12001x illumination than in the darkness. The medium also affected the new bulblet formating rate. When the culture was MS medium 0.2 mg/L NAA 4 mg/L 6-BA, the bulblet formationg rate of L. aurea was 220%;at the same time, when the medium was MS 0.2 mg/L NAA 2 mg/L 6-BA, the rate of L.

本研究选择西南部分地区及日本的几个石蒜品种，从细胞学和DNA分子角度，分析了它们的遗传多样性水平和遗传结构状况，对红花石蒜和忽地笑的离体繁殖技术进行了初步研究，得出如下结论： 1 进行了红花石蒜和黄花石蒜双鳞片快速繁殖条件的研究，结果表明：红花石蒜在16小时800-1200 lx光照下比黑暗条件下出芽率要高；黄花石蒜在MS NAA0.2mg／L 6-BA4mg／L下出芽率为220％，红花石蒜在MS NAA0.2mg／L 6-BA2mg／L下出芽率为108％；NAA比IBA有利于石蒜生根；硅藻土显著提高黄花石蒜双鳞片出芽率，活性炭起抑制作用；6％蔗糖浓度有利于红花石蒜小鳞茎增重，MS 6-BA4mg／L NAA0.5mg／L培养基有利于小鳞茎增殖，切割一刀比两刀有利于小鳞茎增殖。

The Farming-pastoral Zone in North China was separated into 8 Eco-regions according to the known Eco-region. The dissertation analyzed the regional differences of land use changes from three aspects on dynamic degree , land use degree and the change direction (1)On land use dynamic degree, the dynamic degree of the cropland was the highest in North warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest and the lowest in temperate forest steppe; forest land's was the highest in alpine meadow and the lowest in warm temperate forest steppe; grassland's was the highest in temperate forest steppe-bunchgrass steppe and the lowest in alpine meadow; other land's was the highest in North warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest－the Huang-Huai-hai plain and the lowest in warm temperate bunchgrass steppe.

Results:1 case with complicated pyonephrosis was treated with puncture and canalization;Two-stage operations of mini-PCNL was treated 1 week later.20 cases underwent one-stage PCNL,and were treated with single-access PCNL.The total stone clearance rate in one-stage PCNL was 95.2%;residual stones were seen in 5 case(23.8%),Only 1 case had obviously bleeding in or after operation.The mean time of operation was 2 hours,average hospitalization was 12 days.All were followed for 3-12 minths,1 case had recurrent stones.

结果：21例患者中，并发肾积脓1例，先行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术，1周后行二期mini-PCNL，其余20例均行一期穿刺取石，均为单通道穿刺取石，一期结石清除率95.2%；其中术后5例有残余结石，残余结石发生率为23.8%；术中术后有明显出血1例；手术平均时间2小时；平均住院时间12天；随访3～12个月，1例结石复发。

Among seven regression models, the correlation index of six regression models was over 0.7, but that of 60 days was 0.452. The result suggested that selecting body weight was efficient through heart girth, body high, chest width and circumference of cannon bone.

The results showed that new-type solid ferric potassium alum was a good catalyst for the synthesis of ethyl decanoate and the optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1:2, the use level of catalyst was 0.6g/0.05 mol capric acid, water-taking reagent benzene was 15 mL, reaction time was 2.5 h and the yield of ethyl decanoate could reach 98%.

Results as bellows: AtSIRT1 was located in Mitochondrial as hSIRT4 of human, and maybe take part in respiration and electron transformation chain, AtSIRT2 was located in nucleolus as hSIRT6 of human, maybe play important role in extend lifespan;mutation in AtSIRT1 leaded to cotyledon of plant turn to yellow and caused short life span. Mutation in AtSIRT2 could make the color of leaf turn to purple and accumulate a lot of anthocyanin;Sirtinol, a inhibitor of SIRT which did not cause the same model of the mutation of AtSIRT1 and AtSIRT2 indicated that the mechanism of Sirtinol was different from other organism;the structure of AtSIRT1 and AtSIRT2 were similar to other known Sir2, which indicated that they maybe have the same function;AtSIRT2 was overexpressed and its activity was detected.
