objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics(p.05).conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.
目的:探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法:我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例,设为观察组;同期门诊健康体检儿童120例,设为对照组,观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml,对照组于体检时采血2ml,分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测,并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果:120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组,且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高,且经统计学处理差异均有显著性(p.05)。结论:脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能,从根本上增强了抗病能力。

The kinetic behaviors of ethylene homo- olymerization and ethylene / l-hexene co-polymerization , catalyzed by the metallocene catalyst PS-DVB-MC in an 0.5 L stainless steel reactor , were studied. The effects of polymerization conditions on ethylene polymerization , such as concentration of catalyst , temperature of polymerization , pressure of ethylene , molar ratio of AI / Z r , etc ., were also investigated . Some leading results were as follows : the activity of the catalyst PS–DVB- MC for ethylene homo-polymerization was high ( 1.053 x 107 gPE / mol Zr·h ), but the molar ratio of AI / Zr was low ( 350:1 ); the catalytic ability for ethyleneα-olefin ( such as l hexene etc .) co-olymerization was great , and the corresponding activity come up to a maximum of 1.753 x 107 gPE / mol Zr·h while concenlration of l-hexene was 0.080 mol / L ; the molecular weight of polyethylene was about 180,000 , meanwhile the molecular weight distribution was narrow ( 2.19 ); the bulk density of polyethylene and ethylene / l-hexene co -polymer were 0.25 and 0.34 respectively .

METHODS From January 1998 to February 2001, 4 ml of sodium hyaluronate injection was injected into the knee joint of the 134 cases at the end of arthroscope operation, or the 91 cases undergoing open operation of the knee at the time when the drain tube was removed. Five days after operation, the hydrarthrosis was removed and 2 ml of sodium hyaluronate was injected into the knee joint. According to the patient's condition, injection of sodium hyaluronate was performed once a week for several weeks. Clinical evaluation was made by evaluating pain visual analog scale and painless range of movement of the joint at every definite point of time.

The results of the present research are as follows, The correlation between physico-chemical properties of organic compounds and their competitive power was studied, and it was indicated that organic compounds preferable to form H-bonding with organic matter of sorbents have stronger competitive power; Sorption behaviors of ionizable organic compounds in different species and their competitive power were examined, and the results showed that phenols and carbonxylic acids with benzyl circle have much stronger competitive power in molecular species than in ionized species, because negative charges of anionic forms can depressed their adsorption on the surface of the sediment; in contrast, organic bases such as aniline and p-chloroaniline show weaker competitive power in molecular species than in ionized species, and this is because both species of the organic bases could adsorb strongly onto the sediment; there is a correlation between competitive power of organic pollutants in multi-solute systems and their sorption isotherm nonlinearity in single-solute systems, and organic compounds whose sorption isotherms is linear in single-solute systems hardly have competitive power in multi-solute systems; Competitive sorption effects in more than two-solutes systems was studied, and it was exhibited that mixture of two cosolutes each of which could suppress sorption of nominal solute onto the sediment had synergistically competitive sorption effect on the nominal solute; A method about incorporating sorption/desorption of organic pollutants into river water quality model was developed, and discussion about degree of sorption/desorption effect on model prediction for different organic compounds was made, which will provide theoretical basis and practical processes for setting up more accurate water quality model.
论文主要取得了以下研究成果。(1)有机化合物的吸附竞争能力与其物化性质具有相关性,易与沉积物有机质形成氢键的化合物其竞争能力也比较强;(2)可离子化有机化合物的吸附竞争能力与其存在形态有关。酚类、含苯环的羧酸类化合物,其离子态的吸附竞争能力远小于分子态,其机理为有机酸阴离子所带的负电荷抑制了表面吸附能力,主要发生分配作用;而苯胺类化合物,其离子态和分子态都表现出显著的竞争能力,而且离子态的竞争能力略强于分子态,原因在于有机碱阳离子所带的正电荷促进了其表面吸附能力;有机化合物竞争能力的强弱与其单组分吸附等温线的非线性程度具有一定的相关性,吸附等温线近似为线性的化合物没有或只具有微弱的竞争能力;(3)对目标有机化合物的吸附具有竞争效应的有机化合物混合后,将对目标有机化合物的吸附产生协同竞争效应;(4)以京杭运河为例,率先提出了将有机污染物的吸附/脱附作用及水文水力参数耦合到水质模型中的方法,并讨论了吸附/脱附作用对不同有机污染物预测模型的影响,为建立更准确的水质模型及进行更客观的风险和生态评估提供了参考依据。

The experimental results showed that SiC ultrafine powder was synthesized at 1500℃for 120 minutes by used rare earth lanthanum as additive. Its primary particle size was about 100nm and aggregated particle size was about 360nm and the particle shape was regulation, non-aggregation and well dispersibility. While the rare earth ceria used as the additive, SiC ultrafine powder was synthesized at 1500℃for 150 minutes but the particle shape was irregulation and seriously agglomerated and had numerous crystal whiskers.

Methods A wet hip joint's sample from corpse was scaned by CT and all images of every cross-section hip joint's layer was obtained, and an hip joint's model was contructed with Unigraphics NX 2.0 and Solid Works 2006 SP 0.0 software. The models were assembled when simulated total hip arthroplasty after total hip joint prosthetic and ischiofemoral ligament model had been constructured. Analysis was done on von Mises stress distribution and amount of total hip component when simulated seated leg-crossing manuver. The bone and metal components were meshed as rigid bodies, composed of three-dimensional, all-quadrilateral rigid body elements, and hip joint capsule ligament was fully three-dimensional, hexahedral continuum elements representations. Results The current form of this ischiofemoral ligament's reconstruction finite element model provided for multi-body contact, large displacement interfacial sliding, large deformation capsule ligament representation, and clearly reflected the real ischiofemoral ligansent's anatomy and biomechanical behavior. The maximum on Mises stresses at the joint interface was more than that fur an otherwise identical hardware-only construct.
