The design was optimized for maximum signal intensity by simulation and experiments. The size of focal spot in the micro-channel capillary was optimized. Fluorescence signal was enhanced 2~3 times when increasing the diameter of focal spot from 10μm to 50μm (full of the inner wall of capillary), through which the sensitivity and signal-noise ratio were also improved. A technique of using refractive matching liquid was presented. The fluorescence signals were boosted up and the signal collection efficiency was also meliorated when using this method.

The seeds of Adzuki bean were irradiated by 60 Co γ ray of 0~700Gy.The results showed that:(1)The sub\|lethal dose(LD 50 )was 389Gy and the early seedling leaf at M\-1 showed incised,chlorotic,yellow,mosaicand curly edge.The absorbed dose was related with the rate of misshaped leaf.Chromosomal aberration, chromosome bridge and fragment of M\-1 in the tip were observed.If the seed was irradiated with 400Gy,the rate of abnormal cell at the root was more than 10%.The relationship between pollen fertility and irradiation dose was negative correlated.

Results: Before the fixed bridge was applied, under vertical load, the high-stress region was near around the apical of periodontal ligament with mainly compressive stresses. Under oblique load, the high-stress region was near around the cervical of periodontal ligament with both tensile and compressive stresses. After the fixed prosthodontics, stress and strain distributions were similar with that when the fixed bridge was not applied. But the maximum stress, strain and displacement increased apparently. The stresses in exterior surface of periodontal ligament were larger than that of interior surface; this character of periodontal ligament under vertical load was more obvious than that under oblique load.
