The sensor signal is first low-pass filtered, then the proportional control plus the differential control circuit easy used in practice are applied to finish the more effective control. The electromagnetism shield is used as possible to decrease the signal disturbance from the electromagnet to eddy sensor.

At first, this paper surveys nonlinear control and the applications of neural networks in control respectively. Then it studies definitions, mathematical descriptions and conditions of invertibility for nonlinear systems, which are used to analyze the feasibility of inverse system control method. Conclusions about the feasibility of inverse control and the realizability of αth-order inverse systems in engineering are achieved. Furthermore, this paper discusses the feasibility, structure and identification of neural network αth-order inverse system for general single-input single-output continuous or discrete nonlinear systems and various composite control methods based on the αth-order inverse. At last, as a part work of an actual project, this paper focuses on the design of neural network αth-order inverse control method for thyristor controlled series compensation in power systems and its effect in improving the stability of power systems.
本文首先分别概述非线性系统的控制与人工神经网络在控制中的应用;然后研究非线性系统各种可逆性的定义、数学描述及可逆性条件,并用于分析逆系统控制方法的可行性,得出有关逆系统控制方法可行性的结论,阐明一般情况下α阶逆系统才工程可实现;接着本文针对一般单输入单输出连续、离散非线性系统,研究神经网络α阶逆系统的可行性、结构与辨识以及基于神经网络α阶逆系统的各种复合控制方法,并给出应用例子;最后本文结合实际项目,针对采用可控串补的电力系统,设计神经网络α阶逆系统控制方法,研究其对提高电力系统稳定性的作用。

The thesis contains five chapters. The first chapter summarizes the development and research of switched reluctance drive, discusses the main research direction, and explains the main work in this paper. In chapter 2, hardware system which includes the design of power converter and various control circuit is discussed. TMS320LF2407 DSP is used to design the hardware circuits of SRM control system, and design details including the current detection, position sensing, fault protection, speed detecting, keyboard and display etc. are provided. Because of the full use of the abundant peripheral resources of DSP, it comes to the aim simplifying the circuit structure and heightening the reliability. In chapter 3, the application of neural network on SRM control system is introduced, a new the application of neural network and the method of sampling is proposed and a simulation system based on Matlab/Simulink is established. Chapter 4 discusses the routine designing issue. Because the modularized programming method is adopted, and multi-interrupt processing technique is used, operation efficiency of the control software is highly raised. At last, the foregoing SRM control system is tested. Speed adjustment is realized, and other targets on the research and design of SRM control system are reached, which establishes a good foundation for further research.

Through the characteristic parameters, the system's real-time moment of inertia is given. Then golden section adaptive control law and logic derivative control law both based on moment of inertia are designed. The two kind of control laws are combined to control the attitude of spacecraft and their simulation results are compared with the ones of PD control law which is designed based on the certainly-known system model. The results show that this adaptive control law is effective on the kind of time-variable system studied in this paper.

A synthetic model of multi-level production planning and control integration is brought forward, which integrated Master Production Schedule , Material Requirements Planning , Shop Floor Control , order acceptance control, order release control and process control into a whole. Besides, a new method of production management—— Theory of Constraints is introduced into the traditional MRP, and a method to integrate TOC with MRP is put forward. As a result, a system of production planning management for ceramics enterprise is developed. Then several problems of shop planning and control for ceramics enterprise including the modeling of production line, the optimized utilization of kiln, the complement and due-date of products are discussed. A mathematical programming model of equalization production for ceramics production line is set up. An optimized model is put forward, which uses genetic algorithm to solve the sequencing problem of ceramics before the kiln.

The results show that there will be slight decrease of the control efforts when the mean absolute value or the root mean square value of the optimal control force is taken as the maximum designed control force, while the maximum control force of MR damper can be decreased by 85% compared with the maximum optimal control force. The decrease in the designed control force can not only significantly increase the capability of MR dampers, but also reduce the dimension of MR dampers for pratical application in engineering.
