Methods Forty weanling Wistar male rats were divided into four groups. In one group, 1%sulfadiazine was added to regular diet (vitamin K 50 μg/kg) to induce vitamin K deficiency. In the other three groups, the vitamin K levels in diets were 50 μg/kg, 300 μg/kg, 2 550 μg/kg respectively.

选用40只雄性断乳大鼠，分为4组： 1组饲料中维生素K水平为50 μg/kg，并添加1%磺胺药阻断肠道菌群合成维生素K，其余3组饲料维生素K水平分别为50、300、2 550 μg/kg。

Results The contents of potassium, magnesium, protein, total reducing sugars, vitamin C, vitamin B1 were655μg/g, 9.16μg/g, 10.06 g/100 g, 9.78 g/100 g, 3.88 g/100 g and 1.45 g/100 g , respectively.

结果钾含量为655μg/g，镁9.16μg/g，蛋白质10.06 g/100 g，总还原糖9.78 g/100 g，维生素C 3.88 mg/100 g、维生素B11.45 mg/100 g ，其他营养成分含量也很高。

MATERIAL AND METHODS: Thirty 30 healthy Sprague- Dawley adult male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control, alcohol 7.5 g/kg and alcohol 7.5 g/kg ＋ vitamin A 50 μ g/kg. Alcohol and vitamin A were administrated to the rats for 13 weeks by a gastric tube. The sperm counting ,motility and the percentage of abnormal sperm were observed. Serum testosterone was determined. The patholgical changes of testicle tissue of rats were observed by light and electron microscopy.

The influences of solvent, the molar ratio of substrates, the reaction temperature and time, and the water concentration were optimized and the best result was obtained by interesterification from 0.200 g vitamin A acetate and 0.468 g palmitic acid, at 30℃, in 10 mL hexane, containing 0% of water, with 10% of lipase(mass ratio, immobilized lipase to vitamin A plamitate).
