The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the objective silicone rubber increased with the increase of vinyl content in PDM-MVS. The tensile strength was 3.9 MPa and elongation at break was 416%, and the reinforcement effect of PS on silicone rubber was significant when the mass fraction of vinyl was 1.50%. The objective silicone rubber had microphase-separated structure consisting of PS domains uniformly dispersed within a continuous PDM-MVS matrix.
