objective to evaluate the efficacy of water soluble vitamin for the treatment of hypodynamia and vertigo of drug induced.methods 160 patients with hypodynamia and vertigo after injected the antibiotics,expand the afferent medicine and other the medicine(expel the medicine with the result that high blood pressure,low blood pressure,low blood sugar but appear the above symptom),were randomly divided into two groups:one of the normal regulations treatment(glucose +the vitaminc+vitamin b6),,the other group use the water soluble vitamin,contrast to observe the efficacy of the treatment after a week.results the effect of therapy was obviously better than that of the control group(χ2=4.44,p.05).conclusion the water soluble vitamin can improve the hypodynamia and vertigo of drug induced symptom better.

摘 要］目的：探讨用水溶性维生素治疗药源性乏力、眩晕疗效。方法：选择160例注射抗生素、扩血管药及其他药物后出现乏力、眩晕症状的患者(排除药物所致高血压、低血压、低血糖而出现以上症状)。随机分为二组：一组常规治疗(葡萄糖+维生素c+维生素b6)；二组用水溶性维生素治疗，治疗时间为一周，对比观察其疗效。结果：观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44，p.05)。结论：水溶性维生素能更好地改善药源性乏力、眩晕症状。
