Objective To investigate the MRI diagnostic value of the teratoma in vertebral canal.

目的 探讨椎管内畸胎瘤的MRI诊断价值。

INTERVENTIONS: 4 vessel occlusion(4VO) brain ischemic models in rats stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining. were used. Sixty-four rats, of which bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded permanently by electrocautery, were divided into the following 8groups: sham operation group, cerebral ischemic preconditioninggroup, ischemic insult group; BIT group; MTPG + sham operation group;MTPG+BIT group; MTPG+ischemia group and -4C3HPG+BIT coup. All the rats were killed 7 days after the operation or the final ischemic treatment. Cerebral sections were selected and stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining.

干预：采用大鼠四血管闭塞全脑缺血模型，应用硫堇染色和胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组化法。64只大鼠椎动脉凝闭后分为假手术组、单纯预处理组、单纯缺血组、脑缺血耐受组，MTPG+假手术组、MTPG+脑缺血耐受组、MTPG+缺血组和-4C3HPG+脑缺血耐受组，所有动物均在手术后或末次缺血后7 d处死取材，行脑组织切片，硫堇染色和胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组化染色。

Results: There were 56 cases of recurrent laryngeal carcinoma having CT findings invaded by multiple laryngeal and neck structcres, palapharyngeal irregular intensified mass that have normal ovenlying mucosa of laryngeal cavity in 23 cases (40%), and are not detectable on endoscopy; ealaged cervical lymph nodes 16 cases (28.6%); thyroid cartilage/cricoid cartilage destraction 3 cases (5.3%); internal carotid artery and internal jugular vein involvement 5 cases (8.9%); cervical vertebral 2 cases (3.6%) and carcinoma of the orifice of tracheotomy in 5 cases (8.9%).

结果：本组56例复发性喉癌以术后多种喉部和颈部组织结构受侵为主要CT表现特征。喉旁不规则强化肿块23例，占40%；颈淋巴结肿大16例，占28.6%；喉软骨破坏3例，占5.3%；颈动脉工鞘受累5例，占8.9%；颈椎骨质破坏2例，占3.6%；气管造漏口癌5例，占8.9%。

The first 5 categories of the injuries were tibiofibula fracture(158 cases,13.37％),pelvis fracture(122 cases,10.32％),vertebral column fracture(120 cases,9.98％),femoral fracture(109 cases,9.22％),and forearm fracture/ disjointure(106 cases,8.97％).

疾病构成前5位为：胫腓骨骨折158 例(13.37％)，骨盆骨折122 例(10.32％)，脊柱骨折120 例(10.15％)，股骨骨折109 例(9.22％)，前臂骨折/脱位106 例(8.97％)。

目的 研究四川汶川地震所致伤员的伤情特点和规律。方法对我院收治患者进行登记，采用国际疾病分类方法(icd-10)统计、分析其损伤的外部因素、疾病分类及构成情况。结果本组患者主要损伤外部原因为被物体击中和被物体挤压。疾病构成前5位为：胫腓骨骨折158 例(13.37％)，骨盆骨折122 例(10.32％)，脊柱骨折120 例(10.15％)，股骨骨折109 例(9.22％)，前臂骨折/脱位106 例(8.97％)。结论深入研究地震所致伤员的伤情特点，对合理使用、调配医疗资源，更好地为灾民提供医疗服务有重要的指导意义。

Objective: To study the clinical significance of axis transverse foramen in the etiology of the vertebral artery insufficiency after cervical rotational movement.

Result: For all of the 100 atlases samples, in 15 samples (15%) there were skew transverse processes in abscissa axis, in 5 samples (5%) asymmetry of anterior and posterior tubercles in longitudinal axis, in 10 samples (10%) asymmetry of left and right posterior arches of atlases, in 11 samples (11%) asymmetry of vertebral foramens.
