Objective To improve the efficacy of the Nd∶YAG laser-induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis in the rabbits′eyes.

Methods Immediately after branch retinal vein occlusion model was made by argon laser in 40 eyes of 20 normal rabbits, the rabbits were divided into two groups. In the first group,there were 10 rabbits treated with the argon laser followed by the Nd∶YAG laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis.

灰色家兔20只（40只眼）用氩激光建立视网膜分支静脉阻塞模型，模型成功家兔随机分为实验组10只（20只眼），用氩激光随后用Nd∶YAG激光；对照组10只（20只眼），单独用氩激光诱发形成视网膜和脉络膜静脉间的吻合。

Althought this surgery has been reported by a few doctors recently, the safety and effectiveness need to be evaluated in further studies. In our study, the approach of the chorioretinal venous anatomosis in the model eyes with branch retinal vein occlusion, are induced by different surgical anastomosis procedures, in order to invest the effectiveness and safety and make a pilot clinic treatment exploration. Methods and materials The study was divided two ports: animal experiment and clinical study.

In the second group,the rabbits were treated only with the argon laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. Results An anastomosis in experimental group was formed in 6 rabbits within 4-6 weeks after treatment while no anastomosis was formed in control group.

结果：通过眼底荧光血管造影检查和彩色眼底照像，实验组6只眼成功建立视网膜脉络膜吻合，检眼镜下激光击射部位静脉中断呈漏斗状陷入脉络膜；FFA显示远端及近端静脉内血流汇入吻合处，吻合形成时间为4~6周，对照组未形成吻合。

对照组：用眼内电凝方法建立兔眼的视网膜分枝静脉阻塞模型：单纯穿刺吻合组：在建模完成后，用200针直接穿刺切开距阻塞点以远2/3一IPD的淤滞状态静脉管壁和其下方的视网膜和Bruch's膜；吻合联合不吸收材料植入组：在同Ta组选定的吻合部位，用MVR刀切开视网膜和Bruch's膜和静脉管壁，在视网膜切口植入一小段7一0 prolene不吸收缝线。
