To develop Linear Fractional Transformation model based on quasi-linear model for ground-to-air missile, state transformation method was used to establish quasi-Linear Parameter Varying model for missile longitudinal short-period dynamics by changing missile states along with an equilibrium trajectory decided by time-varying parameters. Based on the obtained quasi-LPV model, the LFT model of the missile was developed by use of MATLAB functions, and the missile dynamics were explicitly separated into certainty part and time-varying parameter part.

Time series prediction is a very important problem in many applications and the current prediction techniques are nearly all based on the Takens' embedding theorem. Many realistic systems are parameter-varying systems, and the embedding theorems are invalid, predicting the behavior of parameter-varying systems is more difficult.

Five patients made a clinical improvement with combinations of a gluten-free diet and immunosuppressive therapy. Two patients died of complications of malnutrition and 1 of another illness. Clonal T-cell populations were identified in 5 of 6 cases tested. Four of these patients improved clinically after treatment but 1 has died. Collagenous sprue evolved on a background of CD in 4 cases. There was no history of CD in others and these cases may be the result of a biologic insult other than gluten sensitivity.
