ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of clinical pathway in the utility of varicocele surgery.

目的：评价临床路径应用于精索静脉曲张手术的临床效果。

Methods 126 cases of varicocele were treated with modified Palomo procedure.

对126例精索静脉曲张患者施行改良Palomo术。

The mean thickness of the head was 1.4 cm and those of the body and tail were 0.78 cm or 1.5 cm respectively. The images of 18 patients shew the nodular changes of the tailes. The hibateral epididymitis was in 9 patients and 5 patients with orchitis. 5 patients were complicated with hydrocele, 3 patients with homolateral varicocele. The ultrasonographic diagnosis of 87 patients was consistent with that of clinic.

附睾头部平均厚度1.4 cm，体部0.78 cm，尾部1.5 cm.18例附睾尾部表现结节样改变，9例为双侧附睾炎，5例合并有睾丸炎。8例超声影像显示有合并症，其中5例合并鞘膜积液，3例伴有同侧精索静脉曲张。87例临床治疗后均确诊为急性附睾炎。

MATERIALS AND METHODS: From September 1997 to September 1999, 56 patients with either infertility (36) or scrotal discomfort (20) who underwent subinguinal microsurgical varicocelectomy were reviewed. All patients were confirmed as having varicocele by pre-operative color flow mapping.

材料与方法：从1997年9月到1999年9月，回顾了五十六个或者不孕（36）或者阴囊不适（20）的患者，接受鼠蹊管下方的显微精索静脉切除手术，所有病人都采用术前彩色血流杜卜勒超音波确定诊断为精索静脉曲张；此外，以Wilcoxon等级测验统计应用於精虫变化的比较。

目的：探讨两孔法微型腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性。
