In this paper, the mechanism of nitrogen cycle was explored in the Yangtze River estuary. The results show that δ15N of SPM was in a wide range of 0.6‰ and 8.2‰, varying with seasons and geographic regions. The temporal and spatial variation reflected different influences of terrigenous inputs and nitrogen biogeochemical processing.

ANP and CX43 began to express at 2nd week after induction and increased gradually,about 60% of the resulting myogenic cells were positive at 4th week after induction ,they were negative for uninduced cells.hMSCs'surface antigen profiles obtained by Flow Cytometry were negative for CD31\CD34\CD45 before and after induction,but CD90 expressed higher after induction while was weak positive before induction(P.05). Apotosis index was correlated with the cultural time after induction,The apoptosis rate of induced hMSCs was remarkably higher than control group(P.01),and the variation between groups was notable(P.05),the cell cycle analysis showed that the percentages of G_0/G_1phases were reduced significantly after induction. The expresstion levels ofβ-MHC and CTNT mRNA were undetectable before induction,began to increase at 1st、4th week after induction,reached the peak at 6th week and decreased after that,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA varied regularly after treated with 5-azacytidine. hMSCs'resting membrane potential、range and rate of depolarization were heightened gradually after being induced.

A character-codes model based pattern recognition method by using amplitude data of targets frequency response is proposed after the establishment of high frequency response equation of radar targets. The method uses the same unvariant character-codes to express the same target of different angles and uses sequential separating of regions of target's reference variables to obtain multiple coding vectors of all regions for every target. The category and pose of target can be determined after a two-staged classification processing such as coding processing of target range profile data and errors correcting processing of coded data. The two-stage classification results are used to target identification as posterior hypothesis to be tested by sufficient convincing and necessary convincing. The character-codes model based pattern recognition method is also adaptive to variation of target angles and controllable in error probability. Time-consuming and complicated iterative computation is not necessary in the train process of pattern recognition.

As the spectral width (Full width half maximum: FWHM) range from 6nm to 60nm, the simulation results show that the effect of the variation of the FWHM upon the output is small. When only the Verdet constant is considered, the output increased slowly with the increase of the FWHM. The simulation results are verified by the experiment.
