Thermogravimetric analysis was extended to the measurements on vapor pressures of three n-alkanes, hexadecane, heptadecane and octadecane, on the basis of the Langmuir equation for zero-order vaporization process. The vapor pressures were calculated by two different methods, a constant-parameter one and a comparative one, from the TGA data. These results are in good agreement with the reference data calculated from the Antoine equation.

According to the rule of treatment of axillary osmidrosis, we used subcutaneous pruning by fold incision and CO2 laser vaporization removed apocrine gland to radical excision of axillary osmidrosis. This is an ideal method to treat axillary osmidrosis because of its credible effect, no special requirement to instruments and simple operation, and it can be widely used.

采取手术修剪皮下大汗腺与CO2激光汽化真皮层内的大汗腺相结合，符合彻底去除腋窝大汗腺治疗腋臭要求，实践证明该方法疗效肯定，且设备条件要求低，操作简单，不失为一种较为彻底根治腋臭的方法，值得临床推广应用。
