In the one half part, according to the strontium nature, thermodynamic calculation of correlative reaction and the principle of the vacuum aluminothermy reduction process, with the laboratory findings of preparation strontium by vacuum aluminothermy reduction compared and analyzed in different parameter conditions, a variety of factors which effect the decomposition rate of SrCO_3 and the percent reduction of strontia are gotten out. The factors include that the decomposition rate of SrCO_3 is influenced by different addition and pressure. They also include that the percent reduction of strontia is influenced by excess coefficient of reducing agent aluminium powder, the particle size of raw material or reducing agent, the pressure of barbecuing, temperature and reduction time. According to those, we can draw the conclusion as follows:(1) Decomposition temperature of SrCO_3 is decreased by adding carbon and alumina in different degree.(2) With quantitative carbon added under the vacuum condition, the decomposition temperature of SrCO_3 is decreased obviously, which can fall 150℃ compared with atmospheric pressure.(3) In keeping 1150℃ of 2.5h, under the 5Pa vacuum condition, the decomposition rate of SrCO_3 nearly keeps in 99% steadily.

A computer program using the method by Crump and Durbin is developed to obtain the semi-analytical solution of the excess pore-air pressure, excess pore-water pressure and settlement under the boundary conditions of the top surface permeable to water and air and the bottom impermeable to water and air.

The mathematical model and dynamic characteristic account is unified and predigested for the diphase heating surface of once—through boiler under subcritical and supercritical pressure, and propose that the working conditions at phase change point could be used as divide criterion between water region and steam region under supercritical pressure, the problems are solved successfully between water and steam phase change point under supercritical pressure.

The rubber seal issue under operating system has been studied by the theory of dynamic sealing. The deformation and stress distribution of rubber material were calculated under the well in-pressure and sealing out-pressure using then-linear finite element. Through the experimental study of the rubber strength and fatigue, the intensity limit and the fatigue life were obtained. According to the study results, a new type of sealing equipment was designed by adding the reinforcing steel bar into rubber core to reduce the maximum shear stress, so as to solve the problems of dynamic seal under hyperbaric pressure.

Systematic research about technology parameters influences on the magnetic properties and microstructure of theses magnets have been done. The better parameters of production have been achieved. They are showed as follows: as-cast alloys with the nominal composition Nd15Fe78-xNbxB7 are prepared by induction-melting under argon atmosphere. As-cast alloys are broken under argon atmosphere and filtered through 40# screen. The coarse grain is ball-milled under 120# avgas for 80 min. The ratio of milling ball and grain is 15:1. Then fine powder is aligned and pressed in a magnet field of 1.5T. The pressure is 80MPa. The green compacts then are shaped by cold isostatic pressing under 280MPa pressure.
