In this experiment, typical ectomycorhizal fungi strains(Lactarius delicious 01, 02 and 03) were isolated from Three-Gorges Reservoir where Pinus Massoniana was very popular. And Suillus placidu 504(sp 504) and Laccaria bicolor S238N (Lb 23 8N) typical in South China were also chosen to study the effects of ectomycorrhizal fungi on the growth and nutrient absorption of Pinus Massoniana. And the culture characteristics of three strains of Lactarius delicious were also studied. The object of this study is to supply techniques in culturing ectomycorrhizal seedlings for planting trees in Three-Gorges Reservoir.
试验从马尾松大面积分布的三峡库区,分离出代表当地生态条件的松乳菇(Lactarius deliciosus 1、2和3),并选择中国南方具有代表性的华南牛肝菌(Suillus placidu 504)和双色蜡蘑(Laccaria bicolor Lb S238N),研究了松乳菇3个菌株的培养特性,并利用Lb S238N、Sp 504、Ld01和Ld03苗床接种马尾松,观察了它们对幼苗的生长和养分吸收的影响,目的是为三峡库区马尾松的植树造林提供培育菌根化苗木技术。

The geology research of carbonate reservoirs in Ordovician of Tahe oilfield showed that many large dissolved vugs and fractures were developed. The spread of the reservoir take on a very heterogeneous state. And the typical fractured-vuggy reservoirs was formed. According to the combination of the various spaces, the formation was divided into vuggy formation, fractured-vuggy formation and fractured formation. The research showed that development of the vug is relevant to the its position on the structure, the fractures, the water surface and the weathering surface. Multi-phase charge and recharge of the oil in the reservoirs resulted in the complexity of the fluid distribution. So the"Bottle Model"was brought forward to explain the movement of the water-oil contact. The special storage space and the complex fluid distribution lead to the unstability of the production and the complexity of the water cut. In order to explain the characteristic of the fracture-vug unit was brought forward and the basic principle and method of the partition of the fracture-vug unit was formed. The classification and evaluation of the units were performed according the reserve and energy. Based on the research of geology characteristic and the fluid flow in the reservoir the comprehensive numerical simulation plan of the fractured-vuggy reservoirs were established. Through the selection of the simulation unit, fluid flow type and parameter equivalent the triple media reservoir simulation model was established. Considering the practical application the model was resolved by the DKR decomposition conjugate grads method. Based on the fine reservoir description of Dsitrict IV of the Tahe oilfield the various space type were classified and combined together. The geology model of Unit S48 was constructed. Two typical single well model was established according to the geology and the dynamic phenomena. Finally the single well model and the Unit S48 were simulated by the triple media reservoir simulator. Via the local grid refinement and coarsening in the simulation good matchs were gained. Based on the results of the simulation the reserve distribution, percent of reserve produced in various space and the natural energy were analyzed. The fluid was storaged in the fractures and vugs mostly and more than 90% the produced oil came from the systems. The energy belonged to the active one. The results of simulation accorded with the fact and showed the validity and practicability the research and the simulator.
塔河油田奥陶系碳酸盐岩油藏的地质研究表明,其储层中发育着很多大型的溶蚀洞、缝,储层的平面展布呈现出极度的非均质性,形成了典型的缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏,根据各种孔隙介质在储层中的组合,将储层分为了溶洞型、裂缝-溶洞型和裂缝型三类;研究表明溶洞储层的发育和构造位置、裂缝的发育、潜水面和风化面的位置等因素有关;多期充注的油气成藏模式导致了流体复杂的赋存状态,由此提出了所谓的&瓶子模型&,解释生产过程中油水界面的变化;特殊的储集空间类型和流体分布特征导致油田在开发过程中表现出很大的不确定性和含水变化的复杂性,为了合理的解释油气田开发过程中的动态特征,提出了&缝洞单元&的概念,并制定了&缝洞单元&纵横向划分的基本原则和依据及划分方法,并对&缝洞单元&进行了分类和评价;基于地质特征和流体在其中流动规律的研究,提出了缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏的数值模拟综合解决方案,通过模拟单元的选择、流动类型和参数的等效,建立了三重介质油藏三维三相数值模拟模型,采用不完全LU分解预处理共轭梯度法进行了求解;在塔河油田4区精细油藏描述的基础上,将各种类型的孔隙空间进行了归类组合,建立了S48单元的地质模型;通过对油井生产动态进行分析研究,建立了两类和油井地质、生产动态相对应的单井模型;最后应用三重介质油藏数值模拟软件对单井模型和S48单元进行了数值模拟,通过局部加密和粗化等技术模拟流体流动规律,取得了很好的拟合效果;结合数值模拟结果,分析了各种介质中的储量分布、储量产出的百分比以及地层的能量,认为塔河油田缝洞型油藏中流体绝大多数储集于缝洞系统之中,所产出流体90%以上也来自于缝洞系统,其底水能量属于较充足的类型;模拟结果和油田实际情况符合较好,说明了地质研究和油藏数值模拟研究的正确性。

The thesis mainly discusses decompounding approach of complicate targets" RCS computation, basing on the consideration of project application. First, the electromagnetic scattering of typical objects is analyzed. Second, The RCS of the complex target is computed using the decompounding approach, after breaking the drone into active parts and passive parts reasonably, then comparing with the result of typical object"s RCS from the faceting approach. Last, statistical characteristics of the drones RCS are deduced.

Database of physical and chemical properties for solid wastes were constructed through investigation for single typical component and their mixture of solid wastes. The particulate trajectory model and heat transfer model were developed, based on the studies of Characteristics of solid wastes movement and heat mass transfer in rotary kiln. Pyrolysis experiments of solid wastes in lab and pilot scale rotary kiln pyrolyzers were performed. Mechanism of pyrolysis for typical solid wastes was analyzed. The characteristics of pyrolytic products, such as physical and chemical properties, composition and combustibility, etc, were investigated. A neural network model for the prediction of yields and properties of pyrolysis products was developed. Then, the potential applications of pyrolytic products and the substitution of pyrolytic fuels for corresponding commercial furls were investigated. The optimization of energy recovery and utilization for different wastes through pyrolysis was analyzed.

According to the degrees of PSC they have,Shanghai-accented Mandarin interlanguage are classified into four stages as elementary ,intermediate ,intermediate-advanced and advanced.Then the phonologies of Standard Mandarin and Shanghai-accented Mandarin interlanguage are compared in order to find out the phonological differences between these two dialects. Based on the statistical results, the writer chooses ten typical kinds of pronunciation errors of finals according to the rates of pronunciation errors of finals on stages.Then, the phonetic level analysis is made on them for the four stages respectively. Furthermore, acoustic features of vowels, diphthongs, triphthongs and vowels with nasal endings are analysized and compared by plotting vowel charts and formant patterns for them. Finally, the writer gets some preliminary results of the typical pronunciation errors of finals during the whole process of Shanghai-accented Mandarin interlanguage and on the stages of it respectively.
本文结合当前这种实际研究和应用的需要,以上海地区普通话过渡语为考察对象,从韵母发音偏误入手,借鉴第二语言习得研究中偏误分析和中介语研究的相关理论,采用实验语音学的方法,随机选取了80位上海地区不同普通话水平等级的应试人的应试录音和试卷作为本研究使用的语料,并将其分别对应于上海地区普通话过渡语的四个阶段,重点考察这80位处于不同阶段的应试人在测试的读单字部分的韵母发音偏误现象,通过对各阶段所有应试人的各类韵母发音偏误出现率的统计分析,展示出上海地区普通话学习者在韵母习得方面产生的偏误在过渡语各个阶段上的分布特点及趋势;再根据各阶段各韵母发音偏误率的统计结果,选取各阶段共同具有的十类主要的韵母发音偏误,分别绘制过渡语各阶段的偏误音声学元音舌位图或共振峰模式图,并与标准普通话中相应韵母的声学元音舌位图或共振峰模式图进行比较,从而展示出上海地区普通话学习者的主要韵母偏误类型在过渡语不同阶段上各自的声学特征、偏离标准音的程度和相关趋势,并从一定程度上反映了这一地区普通话学习者在韵母习得方面的能力发展轨迹,为普通话教学及培训中如何提高教学效率问题提供一定的参考依据,也为普通话水平测试各等级标准声学特征的建立,乃至为将来测试的计算机化提供了可靠的声学参数。

Then a BGPEOpt(BGP Egress Optimization Algorithm) algorithm is proposed to reduce the execution time of the typical algorithm by leveraging the .characteristics of cut link in the topology graph to reduce the frequency of recomputing traffic demand. Further more, mediate results are used in the iterative process to reduce the time of computing the IGP shortest distances from a source node to other nodes. Experimental results indicate that the running time of BGPEOpt reduced 7%~30% with the similar link utilization comparing to that of typical algorithms.
