Two devices and methods for controlling negative hydraulic heads were developed. Coupled with the devices, a system for precise control of soil moisture udring pot experiment was developed. 3. Two times of pot experiment studying wheat seedling growth under precise soil moisture control were conducted. Some very important results were obtained. 4. Capillary rise, horizontal and vertical infiltration under different nagative hydraulic heads were observed. The concepts of "critical wetting distance" and "wetting coefficient" were proposed. The linear relationship between wetting front movement distance and cumulative infiltration amount was confirmed. Spatial distribution model of soil moisture and its simple derivation method were established.

通过该项目支持，获得了以下的研究成果： 1、比较和检验了不同多孔材料，初步选定了用于水分控制的多孔膜材料； 2、完成了两种负水头控制方法与装置的研究，并制作了仪器，与负水头控制装置配套，制作了盆栽实验用水分精控盆； 3、进行了两期小麦苗期水分精确控制盆栽实验，获得了一系列重要结论； 4、进行了不同负水头下土壤的毛管上升、水平入渗、垂直入渗研究，提出了临界湿润厚度、湿润系数两个概念，确定了湿润锋与入渗量的线性关系、土壤含水量的空间分布模型，土壤含水量空间分布的简单推算方法。

Meanwhile, it could be seen that there does not exist a confidence interval with width less than 0.5 because of the property of Poisson distribution. Based on these conditions, the author mainly carried out research into two aspects of this problem as follows. Firstly, by numerical and theoretical analysis, the author compares some existent confidence intervals, for example,"exact" confidence interval, Wald confidence interval and Bayesian confidence interval, and finds some deficiencies points of the confidence intervals, whose modification version has been proposed .Also, several better confidence intervals such asare also presented .Secondly, for given confidence coefficient and interval width, the author constructs a class of asymptotical two-stage interval estimate procedures. At the same time, under varies restriction of confidence coefflcientent interval width, the optional sample size of the first stage has been computed by numerical computation. The numerical computation shows that the method considered in this dissertation have good properties and applied value.

Tetraploid embryos could be produced by electrofusion at the stage of two-cell embryos, which could develop to blastocysts followed by fusion of cyto-plasm and nucleus and cleavage in vitro. During the fusion of cytoplasm, the DNA methylation levels of the fused embryos are as high as these of two-cell diploid embryos in vivo Then the embryos are rapidly demethylated when the nucleus begin to fuse, resulting in the lowest DNA methylation levels when the nucleus are fused completely. After that, the DNA methy-lation levels of the fused embryos are gradually increased until the morula stage. However, whereas an asymmetric distribu-tion of DNA methylation is established in vivo-derived blastocysts with a higher methylation level in the inner cell mass than that in the trophectoderm, we can not detect the asymmetric distribution in most in vitro-derived tetraploid blastocysts.

This thesis presents the preliminary study of the influence of sentence stress on prosodic features in Mandarin, and of the relationship between duration and pitch under different sentence stress levels. The results show that: The pitch is the most important factor which carries the sentence stress, with the increase of the sentence stress level, the peak of distribution contour of pitch moves towards high frequency area. In the case of"Stress"and"Light", two peaks are found in the distribution contour of duration, which means that the duration of some words are affected by sentence stress, but of others are not. The relationship between pitch and duration in"Normal","Stress"and"Light" are un-correlated, positive correlation and negative correlation respectively.
