This paper studied integrated quality (solubility, hardness, acidity, Vc, core brown, rate of rot, lose water of stew and color of fruit) of jing bai pear in different storage time and different treatments. Meanwhile, the conditions for the after-ripening of the jing bai pear were discussed.
