objective to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of mucosolvan nebulization in infants with pneumonia.methods 96 infants were randomly divided into and control group.regular treatment were given to control group,meanwhile,based on regular treatment,the infants in observation group were also received mushutan nebulization.the disappearing time of cough、wheezy phlegm、anhelation、wheezy sound in lung and admission duration were evatated.results the disappearing time of wheezy phlegm、wheezy sound in lung and admission duration in observation group were shorten than in control group(p.05).conclusion mucosolvan nebulization can raise clinical therapeutic effect for pneumonia in infants with pneumonia.especially in eliminating phlegm and disappearing of wheezy sound in lung.

摘要］ 目的：为探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的效果。方法：将96例婴幼儿肺炎随机分成两组，两组均在常规抗感染，纠正缺氧、酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱，治疗组加用沐舒坦雾化吸入，对照组用α糜蛋白酶、地塞米松雾化吸入。对两组的咳嗽、痰鸣、气促、肺部湿音的消失时间及住院时间进行比较。结果：使用沐舒坦雾化吸入的治疗组在治疗痰鸣、肺部湿音消失时间及住院时间比对照组短（p.05）。结论：沐舒坦雾化吸入可提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果，尤其祛痰和减少肺部湿性音的效果较好。

The simultaneity use of Xiao Er Chuan Ke Ye and Cang Er Zi San intervening asthma and allergic rhinitis,comparing simply use Xiao Er Chuan Ke Ye,has the predominance in prolonging time of introducing asthma and reducing the frequency of nodding breathe,which indicated that the treatment of allergic rhinitis has great importance in asthma control and lessen the degree of asthma(frequency of rat nodding breath).3,The combination high-dose group has better therapeutic effect than dexamethasone group,all Chuan Ke Ye groups and combination low,medium group in the prevention and control of allergic rhinitis symptoms,reduced airway hyper responsiveness,while in improving breath difficulties combination high-dose group has similar effect with western medicine group,and better effect than all Chuan Ke Ye groups and combination low,medium group.Its efficacy increased with the prolonging of treatment time,but fewer side effects,which makes the application safer and more reliable.4,Xiao Er Chuan Ke Ye combining with Cang Er Zi San can obviously improve the pathological changes in rats with bronchial airway remodeling,reducing the serum TGF-β1,IL-4,ECP levels,increasing the level of serum IFN-γand the imbalance IFN-γ/ IL-4 ratio.

而运用小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散同时干预哮喘与过敏性鼻炎，较之单纯使用小儿喘咳液治疗哮喘，其在延长引喘时间、减少点头呼吸频度等方面有明显的优势，说明过敏性鼻炎的治疗，对于控制哮喘发生，减轻哮喘发作的程度，有着重要的意义。3、大剂量的合方在预防和控制过敏性鼻炎症状、降低哮喘气道高反应性方面疗效较地塞米松对照组、喘咳液各剂量组及合方小、中剂量组更优，而改善呼吸困难方面则与西药组相当，优于喘咳液各剂量组及合方小、中剂量组，且其疗效随着治疗时间的延长而增加，但副作用更少，使用更加安全可靠。4、小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散能明显改善气道重塑大鼠支气管的病理改变，同时降低血清TGF-β1、IL-4、ECP水平，提高血清IFN-γ水平及失衡的IFN-γ/IL-4比值。

The two treatment groups were both lower than control group; the atropine group was lower than the tropicamide group;(2) the changes of axial length before and after using eyedrop. There was no evident change in the atropine group; the axial length was obvious prolonged in tropicamide group and control group.(3) The phengophobia symptom. Methods 140 adults patients with TBSA between 2%~48%(children 1%~10%) and deep-II facial burn wounds, were randomly divided into 3 groups.One group was served as the experimental group receiving comprehensive treatment including Dermabrasion,scrape scab,tangential excision and then covering with allogeneic skin.One group was served as the control group I receiving tangential excision treatment and covering with gauge containing iodide.The other group was served as the control group II receiving treatment with SD-Ag.

Objective:in order to compare the curative effects of using lamirudine and thymosin together with using thymosin only to the paients of chronic hepatitis b.methods:we had chosen 27 medical cases of chronic hepatitis b,which were divided into two groups:15 cases asone group,and 12 cases as the other group.let group a take 100 mglamirudine orally,qd,with half a year as a period of treatment.at the same time givethe patients injections of 100 mg thymosin,qd,for a month.to group b was only takenlamirudine.alt,tbil,the indicators of the virosis of hepatitis b (hbsag,hbeag,hbv-dna)were observed as quatos.results: at the end of the treatment, the rates that groupa and group b made hbsag transform into negative were respectively 26.67% and 16.67%(p＞0.05);hbeag:33.33%,8.33%;hbv-dna:53.33%,33.33%(p＞0.05).conclusion:combining thymic peptide with 3tc to treat chronic type b hepatitis, thymic peptide will not only promote b-cell to mature and transformation, but also to keep the subpopulation of t-cell in immune system in balance, which can enhance the reaction of matured t-cell to the antigen or other stimulus.

目的：比较拉米夫定（3tc）与胸腺肽联用和单用拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎患者27例，分为联合组15例和拉米夫定组12例；联合组用拉米夫定100 mg，口服，qd，疗程半年，合并用胸腺肽100 mg，静滴，qd，疗程1个月。拉米夫定组单用拉米夫定。以谷丙转氨酶、血清胆红素、乙肝病毒标志物(hbsag，hbeag，hbv-dna)为观察指标，比较不同治疗方案对指标的影响。结果：治疗结束时联合组与拉米夫定组对慢性乙肝患者血清hbsag阴转率分别是26.67％和16.67％(p＞0.05)；hbeag阴转率分别是33.33％和8.33％(p＞0.05)；hbv-dna阴转率分别是53.33％和33.33％(p＞0.05)。结论：胸腺肽联合3tc治疗慢乙肝，胸腺肽具有促进t淋巴细胞的成熟和转化，并维持免疫系统各t淋巴细胞亚群间的平衡作用，能增强成熟t淋巴细胞对抗原或其他刺激的反应。

Methods: 1. Rats in the study were divided into six groups: normal control group, hyperlipidemia group (fed with high-cholesterol diet), atherosclerosis group (vitamin D〓 intramuscular injection, endothelium denudate and fed with high-cholesterol diet with vitamin D〓), L-arginine group (besides treatment as atherosclerosis group, 2.25％ L-arginine was added in the drinking water), chitosan group (besides treatment as atherosclerosis group, 5％ chitosan was added in the diet), simvastatin group (besides treatment as atherosclerosis group, 0.03％ simvastatin was added in the diet). objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。
