M{rX*o0 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of neuronal nitric oxide synthase inhibitor 7-nitroindazole (7-NI) on smoke inhalation pulmonary injury in rats. METHODS: Forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (n=8), smoke inhalation model group (n=16) and 7-NI treatment group (n=16). After reproducing the smoke inhalation model, to the 7-NI treatment group rats 7-NI (20 mg/kg in 2 ml arachis oil) was administered by intraperitoneal injection, while in the control group and the model group, 2 ml arachis oil was administered by intraperitoneal injection.

探讨神经型一氧化氮合酶抑制剂7-硝基吲唑(7-NI)在烟雾吸入性肺损伤中的作用。40只SD雄性大鼠被随机分为正常对照组(n=8)、烟雾吸入性肺损伤模型组(n=16)和7-NI治疗组(n=16)，建立烟雾吸入性肺损伤模型。7-NI治疗组在致伤后立即腹腔注射7-NI 20 mg/kg(溶于2 ml花生油中)；正常对照组及模型组腹腔注射2 ml花生油。

目的 观察黑玉续断接骨膏治疗骨折的疗效方法将收治的568例骨折保守治疗及手术治疗后的患者，在征得知情同意后，随机分治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用院内制剂黑玉续断接骨膏外敷，对照组不用药，观察两组患者局部疼痛、肿胀、压痛及关节活动的改善情况并对两组疗效进行比较分析。

Methods Six weeks old male Fischer 344 rats (F344) were used as donors, and six weeks old male F344alb as recipients. All F344alb were divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ(n=10) was untreated; group Ⅱ(n=10) was treated with CCl4 but no γ-irradiation and transplantation; group Ⅲ(n=10) was transplanted with 1×10^7 BMCs after γ-irradiation, but without CCl4 treatment; group Ⅳ(n=10) was transplanted with 1×10^7 BMCs after γ-irradiation, with CCl4 treatment. 65 coxes with extensive and medium acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the treatment group (33 cases) were given Clearing Heat and Toxin drug and Xingnaojing Injection, the control group were given CDPC Injection in addition toconventional treatment. The level of CD62P TNF-α, IL-6 before and after treatment were measured by flow cytometer and ECL method, and compared with that of 30 healthy people. Meanwhile the clinical curative effect and the neurological impairment scale were observed. Results: The level of CD62P, TNF-α, IL-6 in ACI group were higher than that in healthy group.
