Based on demonstrative analyses of the characteristics of a translator's creative treasons in his Chinese-English translating of a short text, the paper aims to study the interaction of the textual features and their internal constraints with the translator's subjectivity in his translating. It also endeavors to show the relationships between the subjectivity and objective constraints of both internal and external factors, so as to achieve referential, verifiable and descriptive theoretic representations.

内容提要：本文从实证分析出发，通过对一篇中译英所体现出的译者主体艺术&创造性叛逆&特征的个案研究，探讨中文文本特征及其内在规约性与主体性之间的互动关系，并对二者之间的内在与外在联系作出阐释和论证，以其形成可参照性、可印证性、可描写性的理论表征。
