对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。结果：全组死亡11例，死亡率15.5%。1例死于肺栓塞，1例死于ards，1例死于mof，8例死于出血性休克。
