The results indicate that the effect of alloying elements V and Cr on mechanical properties at room-temperature, creep behavior and microstructures are similar. With increasing contents of V and Cr, their mechanical properties produce little change, the creep resistant property decreases and microstructure grows, which is mainly due to their characteristics of β-stability element and smaller atomic radius compared with Ti. On the contrary, the effects of V and Cr on the thermal stability are quite different. With increasing V content or decreasing Cr content the thermal stability for the alloy becomes better, which may be due to the different solution characteristics of V and Cr element in titanium alloy that V belongs to isomorphous β-stability element and Cr belongs to eutectoid β-stability element.

The result of 3D numerical simulation is the same as geology judgement. Later,slope cut (1:0.75) is implemented based on the engineering comparison and criterion.Meanwhile, Limit equilibrium method , Monte Carlo Probabilistic slope stability the stability , Sensitivity analysis and Finent element method of for assessing the cutted slope stability is carried out. The result indicates that Western slope is instable, Eastern slope is relatively stable.So much attention should be paid to Western slope.Different reinforcement measures in different areas are given according to its stability and meet economical request. Gravity wall is introduced in accordance with landform in order to prevent small falling at the foot of the high slope ,which will be a threat to the high slope stability. Handling measure is also applied to Eastern slope. At last,FLAC3D numerical analysis shows the feasibility and reasonableness of the handling measure of the high slope.

This paper focuses on the stability study of Rhizopus oryzae IFO4697 when used for the methanolysis of renewable oils for biodiesel production. The results showed that water content was important for achieving high catalytic activity and good stability of the biocatalyst. The optimum water content was found to be 5%-15%. Both particle size and desiccation methods showed no obvious effect on the stability of the biocatalyst. With GA cross-linking pretreatment, the stability of the biocatalyst could be improved significantly. When Rhizopus oryzae IFO4697 repeatedly used for next batch reaction, direct vacuum filtration was found to be a good way for the maintenance of good stability of the biocatalyst.
