200 forepart pregnant women with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱgrade who free will stop gestation,they were divided into 4 groups randomly :P group was simplicity propofol; F group, T group and K group was mainlined fentanyl 0.75μg/kg,tramadol 1mg/kg,ketamine0.2mg/kg respective before propofol abduction, and continuous detected MAP,HR,SpO2 in the operation, and to note first dosage and total dosage of propofol, revival time, leave hospital time, ill reactivity in the operation.

200例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为四组：P组，单纯异丙酚麻醉组；F组、T组、K组在异丙酚诱导前分别静注芬太尼0.75μg/kg、曲马多1mg/kg、氯胺酮0.2mg/kg。术中连续监测MAP、HR和 SpO2。记录各组病人异丙酚的首剂量和总剂量、苏醒时间、离院时间及术中术毕不良反应的发生情况。

The average recovery was 99.21%,and the relative sandard deviation was 2.83%.Conclusion:It is a rapid,simple,accurate and sensitive method.It is also an effective method for rapid detection whether there is tramadol in urine of druggy.

本实验研究建立了尿中曲马多及其代谢物的快速、简便、准确、灵敏的检测方法，可作为快速检测吸毒人员尿中是否含有曲马多的一种有效的方法。

Methods:a solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry procedure for the simultaneous detection of tramadol and its main metabolite in urine has been developed.results:the linearity of the tramadol solution from 0.1 g/ml to 100 μg/ml is fine ,and correlation coefficient is 0.9957.the average recovery was 99.21%,and the relative sandard deviation was 2.83%.conclusion:it is a rapid,simple,accurate and sensitive method.it is also an effective method for rapid detection whether there is tramadol in urine of druggy.

采用c18固相萃取法对尿中曲马多原体及其主要代谢物进行提取，利用gc-ms对其进行检测。结果：线性范围为0.1~100μg/ml（r=0.9957，n=6），平均回收率为99.21%，相对标准偏差为2.83%，最低测量限为 0.1 g/ml 。结论：本实验研究建立了尿中曲马多及其代谢物的快速、简便、准确、灵敏的检测方法，可作为快速检测吸毒人员尿中是否含有曲马多的一种有效的方法。

RESULTS: Of 1271 patients with perforated peptic ulcers included in the study, 2.4% used tramadol only, 38.9% used NSAIDs and 7.9% used both. Thirty-day mortality was 28.7% overall and 48.4% among users of tramadol alone.

结果：本研究中的1271位穿孔性消化性溃疡患者，2.4%仅使有曲马多，38.9%仅服用了NSAIDs ，7.9％使用了上述两种药物。1271位患者30天的总死亡率是28.7%，单独使用曲马多的为48.4%。

RESULTS: We found that (1) tramadol, similar to the well-knownTRPV1 agonist, capsaicin, significantly increased [Ca2+] i ofTRPV1-CHO cells in a concentration-dependent fashion;(2) itseffect was reversibly prevented by the TRPV1 antagonist capsazepine;(3) repeated application of tramadol resulted in marked tachyphylaxis;and (4) tramadol did not modify [Ca2+] i in control CHO cells.
