The research is carried on from four aspects. Three is to discuss directly the existence of solutions by using analytical methods for set-valued mixed quasi-variational-like inequalities and suggest a class of direct variable-parameter three-stepiterative algorithms for solving generalized set-valued variational inclusions.

研究分有三个方面：一是借助于偏序理论在有限维欧氏空间中解决了上述公开问题，在此基础上利用集值映射的η-预解算子，研究了广义集值变分包含问题解的存在性、逼近解的全局误差界、参数唯一解的灵敏性，并提出了一类变参数三步迭代算法；二是借助于图收敛理论研究了一般集值变分包含问题解集的凸性、闭性和有界性以及参数解集的灵敏性；三是用分析的方法直接讨论了集值混合拟类变分不等式问题解的存在性并提出了一类求解广义集值变分包含问题的直接变参数三步迭代算法。

Three new theoretical models are proposed in this paper, which are three dimensional stability analysis model of landslides with single slip surface, three dimensional stability analysis model of landslides with multiple slip surface and failure time prediction model of landslides. Secondly, we provide a two-level model to depict the one-, two-and three-photon fluorescent process and with it to calculate the one-, two-and three-photon fluorescence intensity dependence of the incident excitation intensity and time. We study the fluorescence intensity when excitation light's time distribution are square pulse、Gaussian pulse and sech pulse. We find that the influence of excitation light's time distribution on the two- and three- photon fluorescence peak intensity is larger than the one-photon fluorescence peak intensity. Two-level model can account for the behavior of saturation fluorescence.

Three different populations of diploid potato were employed to study chip color in this experiment. Seven different processing traits among the three populations were analyzed. According to a certain program of chip processing, all genotypes in three populations were evaluated strictly on their chip colors. The molecular markers of chip color genes were studied with the method of Bulked Segregant Analysis.

The homologous analysis showed that the identity between AVA and Galanthus nivalis agglutinin, Narcissus hybrid cultivar agglutinin, Lycoris radiata agglutinin, Clivia miniata agglutinin are 73.4％, 85.3％, 80.7％, 83.5％,respectively. Molecular modeling of AVA indicated that its three-dimensional structure strongly resembles that of the snowdrop agglutinin. Blocks' analysis revealed that the deduced amino acid sequence of AVA has three functional domains specific for agglutination and three carbohydrate-binding boxes.
