In this paper Ⅰ successfully applied these methods to fault diagnosis, and presenting some new innovative machinery fault diagnosis method; First Ⅰ present a new gear wornout fault diagnosis method, this method use the vibration signal's time-frequency attribute and instantaneous phase undulation to accurately detect gear's fault, and by comparing with the traditional frequency domain analysis method, this method reveals that many nonlinear and nonstationary characteristic exist in gear's vibration, this tell us that if we use frequency domain analysis method without pay attention to the signal's characteristic, we could get wrong diagnostic result; Then Ⅰ present a new bearing fault diagnosis method, this method use ATVFD and Hilbert transform to do envelop demodulation,Ⅰ analyze the envelop with time-frequency method and find out that this method is more accurate then traditional method.Ⅰ also explain that the modulation of the fault to the carrier wave may also be non-stationary and nonlinear; Finally Ⅰ present a cylinder pressure measurement method of diesel engine by means of vibration, cylinder pressure is an important parameter of diesel engine fault diagnosis, the pressure measuring is simplified a lot by this method,Ⅰ also use the ATVFD and time-frequency analysis to realize it.

The author explicates some developing aspects in the field of IC industry as suggested areas of future work. The original points of this dissertation are as following: 1. In this dissertation, we got the quality learning curve of China's IC manufacturers by regression. On the base of questionnaire, we later explained the reason of the reverse S type quality learning curve and the tendency of change in quality learning curve. 2. The evolution of technical unit of China's IC industry is calculated in this dissertation. We also explained the reason of technical unit splitting in the way of economic and technology. 3. In this dissertation, we described the environment difference in capital, technology transfer, human resource and market in USA, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China, and gave some suggestions on the government's role in the development of China's IC industry.. 4. In this dissertation, we established an SD model of China's IC industry, and by using this model, we got some suggestions for future development in China's IC industry.
本文的主要创新之处在于:(1)用回归分析方法实证研究了我国集成电路企业的质量学习曲线,并在调查分析的基础上,对反S型质量学习曲线的历史成因和未来走势进行了研究;(2)对世界及我国集成电路产业技术单元的变化趋势进行了定量研究,从经济和技术角度解释了当前集成电路产业技术单元细化的原因;(3)从资金、技术、人才、市场角度系统总结研究了发达国家在集成电路产业发展环境建设中的成功经验,并结合我国集成电路产业发展的实际情况,对我国集成电路产业发展的政府行为提出了一些建议;(4)建立了狭义集成电路产业、材料业、设备业发展的系统动态模型,并利用该模型对不同投资结构下我国集成电路产业系统未来的演变进行了模拟研究,这一研究结果可以为我国集成电路产业今后发展提供一定的决策依据。

In this paper RoboCup Mid-size Robot are the object of study from the two sides of the robot system and the system of multi-robot cooperation, the main research results are as follows: First, this paper reasearches the problom of the hardware and software architecture of Mid-size robots. According to the real-time requirements of the competition, the paper designs the mechanism of omni-direction wheels, which achieves a great improvement on the traditional mechanism of two wheels robot, and a more flexible response. This mechanism can adapt well to the increasingly rapid pace of the competition. In allusion to the mechanism of omni-direction wheels, this paper designs the electrical control system of three nodes in the bottom, which could communicate fast to the laptop with serial port and match the real-time requirements well. According to the problom of hitting power and speed of robot when shooting, this paper designes a motor-driven tongue-shaped spring shooting mechanism, which has a simple mechanical structure, smaller space in size and simple control circuit. This shooting mechanism meets the real-time requirements of the competition better.
本文以RoboCup中型机器人作为研究对象,分别从机器人自身系统和多机器人协作系统两个方面进行了研究,主要研究成果如下:首先,研究了中型机器人的软硬件体系结构问题,针对实时比赛的要求,提出了万向轮机构的设计方案,大大改进了传统两轮机器人结构,动作反应更加灵活,该机构能够很好的适应节奏越来越快的比赛;针对万向轮机构,设计了3节点的底层电机控制系统,它可以通过串口与上层笔记本电脑快速通讯,能够很好的实现实时工作要求;针对机器人射门时击球力量和速度的问题,设计了一套电机驱动的舌形弹簧射门机构,机械结构简单,占用空间体积小,控制电路简单,较好的满足了比赛中实时射门的要求。

In studies of interaction among pile, platform that above it and surrounding soil, this paper employ the concept of plate element to simulate the loading character of platform, and employ the concept of solid element to simulate the character of pile and soil, using the finite element method after understanding the geometry properties of pile, soil and the platform. Analyzing the loading properties of the three entities above and their deformation, this paper also employ a special element, Penalty Element. The introduction of penalty element of this kind has served to guarantee the join harmony of displacement between solid element and plate element, thereby effectively resolving the join problem between platforms, pile that support it and surrounding soil.Considering significant property difference between pile material and its surrounding soil, there may be much shear stress on their contact interface produced under vertical load, thus causing displacement or fission. Therefore it is necessary to adopt one special constitutive law of this kind of contact interface, which can reflect its feature of loading and deformation thoroughly. On the basis of the deformation feature and constitutive laws of some contact interface obtained by Zhang Dongji and people concerned through some single-shear experiments on contact interface between structure and soil, this paper employ one pile-soil three-dimensional constant thickness contact interface model to simulate the " slide" taken place on the interface between pile and its surrounding soil. With this kind model, this paper has also created one finite element model, which can be applied to perform finite element calculation and analyze the pile-loading feature, and deduced its element stiffness matrix.
在承台-桩-土共同作用中,考虑桩与承台的几何特性,采用有限元方法,用实体单元模拟桩土,用板单元模拟承台,更具体地分析桩和承台的受力特性和变形,而且还采用罚单元—既实体单元与板单元之间连接必须满足变形协调条件,来有效地解决了承台与桩土的连接问题,且在桩土共同作用中,由于桩体结构的材料性能与周围土层性质相差较大,在竖向荷载下有可能在其接触面上产生较大的剪应力从而导致错动或开裂,因此,为了充分反映桩土接触面上的受力及变形特征,应采用一种桩土接触面特有的本构关系,即利用张冬霁等人关于结构与土体接触面单剪试验所得到的接触面变形特征及其本构关系,引入桩-土三维等厚度接触单元来模拟桩与桩侧土之间的&滑移&,在此基础上建立可用于桩基承载性状分析的有限元计算单元模型,并推导出了各单元的刚度矩阵。
