On the basis of twin-roll thin strip continuous casting experiments and solidification structure characteristic analysis of thin strip and combining with the simulation results of effects of technological parameters, the forming mechanism of solidification structure zone (especially equiaxed crystal zone) on 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel twin-roll thin strip was investigated.

The results showed that the constitutes of thin films by PLD consisted with the targets ,and realizing thin films deposited with same constitutes;All of the films were heteromorphism;It was revealed that the effect of the growth temperature was significant to the diffract peaks of the films and that of the substrate was negligible;the films had rather flatness surface and compact structure;the peak-to-tail roughness of PbSe thin films surfaces was less than 200nm and that of ZnO and Mn doped ZnO films surfaces was less than 100nm;Flat degree was improved with falling of growth temperature and laser energy .

测试结果表明：PLD法制备的薄膜的成分与靶材的基本一致，实现了同组分沉积；所有制备的薄膜都为多晶薄膜，发现薄膜生长温度是影响薄膜衍射峰的主要因素，基片类型对此影响不明显；所有薄膜表面比较平滑，结构比较致密；其中PbSe薄膜的表面不平整度小于200nm，ZnO和Mn离子掺杂ZnO薄膜的表面不平度小于100nm；生长温度和激光能量降低能提高薄膜表面的平整度。

XRD,X-ray EDS analysis,AFM and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were employed to characterize PbSe thin films. The results show that all of the films were heteromorphy and the growth temperature has effect to the diffract peaks of the films. The contents of PbSe thin films by PLD consisted with the targets,and realizing thin films deposited with same constitutes; the films had rather flatness surface and compact structure; the peak-to-tail roughness of PbSe thin films surfaces was less than 200nm;they had sensitivity to light of a specified wavelength and obvious absorption edge at 5μm corresponding to band-gap width of PbSe thin films;light of wavelength less than 5μm was strongly absorbed.

通过脉冲激光沉积法在Si(111)和SiO2玻璃基片上制备了PbSe薄膜。X射线衍射、X射线能谱、原子力显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试结果表明：所有制备的薄膜都为多晶薄膜，发现薄膜生长温度对薄膜衍射峰有一定影响；PLD法制备的薄膜的成分与靶材的基本一致，实现了同组分沉积；所有薄膜表面比较平滑，表面不平整度小于200nm，结构比较致密；PbSe薄膜对红外光具有敏感的响应特性；在波长为5μm处存在有明显的吸收边，此吸收边对应于直接带隙PbSe材料的禁带宽度；对应于波长小于5μm的红外光，PbSe薄膜存在有明显的强吸收。

Selecting corresponding rolling force model, the paper make an experiment and studies on cold rolled paper-thin strip processing characteristics of sixteen-roll rolling machine based on cold-rolled theory aand forms corresponding rolling model, tension model and moment calculation model .And comes to a conclusion that distortion force and press utmost have a large effect on rolling force and paper-thin strip shape, primarily presenting paper-thin strip rolling subarea theory that rolling force decreases corresponding to the thick decrease of strip but increases rapidly when to a certain thick.

结合带钢冷轧基本理论，选用适当的轧制压力模型，针对十六辊轧机轧制极薄带钢时的工艺特点进行了实验和分析，建立了相应的张力模型及辊系传动力矩模型；并得出变形抗力及压靠对轧制极薄带钢时的轧制力和板形有很大的影响，初步提出了当带厚较大时，为保持板形良好，随着轧件厚度的减少，轧制压力相应降低，当轧制到一定厚度时，轧制压力随着带厚的减少急剧增加的极薄带轧制分区理论。

So, researching the influence to reflection wave features made by the factors, such as sand and mud thin-bedding seismic reflection feature, the thickness of single layer in the thin-bedding group, the thickness of subroutine structure, the number of layers in the thin-bedding group, type of incident wavelet, main frequency, sampling rated has the moment current significance and theoretical significance in the qualitative or quantitative seeking of single layer's thickness or thin layer group's thickness in the thin-bedding and forecast of the space distribution laws of thin reservoirs.

目前我国东部的石油勘探工作已进入精细勘探阶段，如何确定陆相地层中薄储层的空间展布规律及其性质已成为一个亟待解决的问题，由于我国东部的绝大多数中、新生代陆相含油盆地大都以薄层砂、泥岩沉积为主，夹有少量薄层碳酸盐岩、页岩及膏盐层，地层岩性和厚度横向变化均较大，而且这些地层的厚度远远低于常规地震勘探的垂向分辨率，因此，从理论上研究沙泥岩薄互层地震反射特征、薄互层组内的单层厚度、子结构厚度、互层组内层数、入射子波类型、主频、采样率等各种因素对反射波特征的影响，将对我们定性或定量求取薄互层组中各单层厚度或薄层组的厚度、预测薄储层的空间展布规律有一定的理论和现实意义。

Aiming at this problem, the concept of the second order power spectrum was proposed based on the characteristic of the amplitude tune with periodical notch spectrum in thin layer and theoretically researched. The corresponding relationship between the thickness of thin layers and the maximum value of second order power spectrum was established. The theoretical criteria and method for the thickness estimation by second order power spectrum were given. The second order power spectrum map is made by the energy relationship between the thickness of thin layers and the second order power spectrum, and the time responding to strong energy on the map is the time of thin layer.

为此，从薄层振幅调谐具有周期性陷频谱特征出发，提出了二阶功率谱的概念，从理论上对薄层的二阶功率谱特征进行了研究，建立了薄层厚度与二阶功率谱极大值之间的对应关系，给出了利用二阶功率谱进行薄层厚度预测的理论依据和方法，即根据薄层厚度和二阶功率谱的能量关系制作二阶功率谱图，图上强能量团对应的时间即为薄层时间厚度。
