摘要 本文用台湾地区1995第一季至2004第四季共40笔季资，验证台湾房屋贷款市场是否存在信用管道，本文首先以ADF单根检定法检定各项变是否为定态数列资料，其次将非定态变数取差分值之后进行VAR模型分析，最后经由估计后VAR模型之参数进行冲击反应分析与预测误差变异数分解，藉以了解当变遇到外冲击时对於台湾房屋贷款市场的影响。

Secondly, it aimed the research on model and method of railway large-sized passenger terminals emergency capability assessment. It designed the emergency capability assessment index system including the MECE principle during the design. After in-deep studied the hierarchy entropy analysis method to dealing with the weight, it calculated the weights of the emergency capability assessment indexes. And it studied the risk assessment model based on the set-valued statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, proposed the emergency capability assessment model based on the risk. During the research on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the paper improved the circular distribution subordinate function to calculate the index membership.

Main work follows:(1) In the first part of this paper, a historical development of the number theory before Gauss is reviewed.Based on the systematic analysis of Gauss"s work in science and mathematics, inquiry into the mathematical background that Disquisitiones Arithmeticae appeals and Gauss"s congruent theory;(2) The development process of Fermat"s little theorem and its important function in the compositeness test is elaborated through original literature.we think that the first three section of Disquisitiones Arithmeticae is a summary and development for ancestors" work about Fermat"s little theorem,show that Fermat"s little theorem played an important role in the elementary number theory;(3) With the two main sources of the quadratic reciprocity law, investigating Fermat,Euler,Lagrange,Legendre, until the related work of Gauss,the way to realize the laws huge push to the development of algebraic number theory in 19 centuries.

Applying LMI technique, quadratic stability theory, and H〓 control theory, three methods of robust stability analysis and robust controller design for uncertain fuzzy systems are proposed respectively. Among them, LMI based technique can analyze the uncertainties raised in the premises and in the consequent of fuzzy systems. The resulting stabilizing state feedback controllers have maximum stability margins for both kinds of uncertainties. Quadratic stability theory based approach can apply LMI technique and other methods to design fuzzy controllers. H〓 control theory based design can get H〓 controller with constant disturbance attenuation for each local subsystem. Using the given stability criterion of generalized systems, the robust stability of fuzzy systems can be checked.
