It is used to analyze China's 1990-2005 foreign exchange reserve. The result shows that foreign exchange reserve is excessive in the last few years.

首先，本文在界定外汇储备适度规模的内涵及主要影响因素的基础上，基于阿格沃尔模型和武剑模型及我国国情构建了一个新的适度外汇储备模型，并利用该模型对1990-2005年我国外汇储备规模的适度性进行了实证分析，得出近年来我国外汇储备过量的结论。

Based on them, this paper proposes evaluation indexof fund performance from the aspect of finance, investor and interiormanagement. Considering the limitation of data envelopment analysis approach usedto evaluate fund performance, such as conventional DEA models can not considerinputs and outputs of evaluation units simultaneously, and an input-oriented DEAmodel and output-oriented DEA model often produce different evaluation results,this paper proposes a general form of DEA model which is input- andoutput-oriented by using multi-objective optimization and fuzzy set theory. Sincethe general form of DEA model can be transformed into a conventional input oroutput oriented DEA model by using special membership functions, it can beseemed as a nature extense of conventional DEA models, and a conventionalmodel can be regarded as a special case of DEA mdoel with general form.

针对现有基金绩效评价方法中较具优越性的数据包络分析方法的不足，如传统DEA模型不能同时综合考虑评价单元的输入和输出，以及分别采用面向输入和面向输出DEA模型评价基金绩效时，常常出现不一致的评价结果等，本文以多目标优化与模糊集合理论为工具，提出了一种能够同时面向输入和输出的DEA一般形式模型，并通过选择一些特殊的模糊集合隶属函数，使得这种DEA一般形式模型成为传统DEA模型的自然推广，而传统DEA模型是该模型的特殊形式。

Hen the coupling model of RIEMS and TOPX was still online tested in Jinghe basin. By means of the scale transformation scheme on topographic index and the yielding and runoff routing theory, the coupling model uses the meteorological data simulated by a regional climate model to drive the hydrological model for predicting the daily runoff at large-scale watershed.

OPX与RIEMS的耦合模式在泾河流域进行了在线测试，借助TOPX模型中的地形指数降尺度转换和水文过程产汇流机制，耦合模式实现了利用区域气候模式模拟的气象资料来驱动水文模型进行大尺度流域日径流量的模拟。

Finally, based on the theory of Timoshenko beam, a beam model of this crankshaft is built, which is compared with solid model. The results indicate that this beam model can meet the needs of calculation precision and calculation efficiency. With this beam model, the condition in which real loads are put on the crankshaft is simulated. The displacement curves、velocity curves、acceleration curves of the main journals and the pulley of this crankshaft and torsion vibration curve of the pulley are then gained. With these curves, the dynamic characteristic of the crankshaft is analyzed. The conclusion indicates that this crankshaft has good dynamic characteristic.

最后利用Timoshenko梁理论建立了曲轴的梁单元模型，将此梁单元模型与体单元模型进行了比较，结果表明梁单元模型能够满足精确度和计算效率的要求；利用该梁单元模型，模拟了实际条件下的载荷作用时曲轴的响应，得到了曲轴各主轴颈和皮带轮端的位移、速度、加速度曲线以及皮带轮端的扭转振动曲线，分析了曲轴的动态特性，结论表明该型曲轴具有良好的动态特性。

The main research tasks and results are as follows:(1) Through comparing the stress intensity factor of compact tension specimen calculated by finite element software with the theoretical value, the feasibility of calculating fracture parameters of crack tip in ABAQUS software was verified.(2) The relationship between the elastic modulus of the material and research scale was studied based on deriving the cohesive stress theory and other relevant theories. And the elastic modulus of the material on meso-scale was determined.(3) Global model and sub-model of the finite element were built in th...e macro-scale, and stress-strain field nearby the crack tip was analyzed, and the results show that the detailed stress-strain in the crack tip could be obtained by using the sub-model technique.(4) In meso-scale, the crack growth model was also established by assuming the crack propagating along the grain boundary, and the detailed stress-strain field in the crack tip was obtained.(5) The effect of crack length on Von Mises stress, and maximum principal stress and strain was analyzed in meso-scale when equivalent KI equals 30MPa.m1/2. And the results show that except for crack tip area, the stress-strain distribution in whole specimen is not affected.

主要完成研究内容和取得成果如下：(1)利用有限元软件计算出紧凑拉伸试样的裂纹尖端应力强度因子KI值，其结果与理论值一致，从而验证了利用ABAQUS计算裂纹尖端相关断裂参量的可行性；(2)在研究内聚应力等相关理论的基础上，推导出了研究尺度与材料弹性模量的近似关系，并确定了介观尺度上的弹性模量；(3)在宏观尺度上建立了全局有限元计算模型和子模型，得到了裂纹尖端应力应变场分布，结果表明利用子模型技术获得比较准确的裂纹尖端应力应变场分布是可行的；(4)在介观尺度上利用平均晶粒尺度的方式建立了裂纹沿晶扩展模型，得到了裂纹尖端断裂过程区的微观应力应变场；(5)当应力强度因子为30MPa.m1/2时，分析了介观尺度上在裂纹沿晶扩展过程中裂纹长度对Mises应力、最大主应力和应变的影响，结果表明，裂纹扩展长度对试样整体应力应变分布影响不大，而对裂纹尖端区域有较大影响；(6)介。。。

In chapter three,we have derived a generalized dual London equation for the Abelian "electric" field A_μfrom the effective dual Abelian-Higgs model.The approximative result and the numerical simulation result as well as their figs were shown via solving the dual Abelian-Higgs model with different methods.Hereby the vortex solution of the chromo-electric field and the vortex energy density were also discussed.Finally,we have studied the dual Abelian-Higgs model with additional vacuum constant,and have unpuzzled the vacuum constant corresponding to the bag model.When the quark sources is introduced, the vacuum constant in the MIT bag model is proportional to the quartic of the monopole mass.

In this paper a genetic algorithm four-dimension data assimilation system was applied to the more complex MM5 model, we verify the performance of the genetic algorithm assimilation system, we take the a heavy rainfall process during 04-05, July, 2003 as the experimental research object, and carry out data assimilation experiment of actual observation data, compare the experimental results of the genetic algorithm assimilation system and MM5 adjoint model assimilation system with the experimental results without assimilation, the following is the result:genetic algorithm assimilation system is used not only in a barotropic primitive equation but also in the complex model, MM5, for example, in the ideal experiment the result of the genetic algorithm assimilation system is better than the MM5 adjoint model assimilation system, in the assimilation experiment of actual observation data, whichever assimilation system is used, the initial field of numerical prediction model is effectively improved and the prediction effect of physical field and rainfall are somewhat enhanced.

本文将遗传算法的四维同化系统运用到更复杂的MM5模式中，在理想实验中验证遗传算法同化系统的性能，并以2003年7月4日"南京暴雨"作为研究对象，进行了实际观测资料的同化，并将遗传算法同化系统和MM5伴随模式同化系统得到的结果跟未同化的结果进行了比较，结果如下：遗传算法同化系统不仅可以用在正压原始方程模式上，同样也可以用在MM5等复杂模式上，理想实验证明了遗传算法同化系统优于MM5伴随同化系统，在实际观测资料同化中，采用两种方法的同化系统都能有效地改善数值预报模式的初始场，能在一定程度上提高物理量场和降水量的预报效果。
