The logic way of thought of this thesis is culture, teacher culture and teacher culture of balkanization. This thesis starts with the definition of teacher culture, and teacher groups, and teacher culture of balkanization. Secondly, on the basis of definition and comparing domestic and overseas studies, this thesis analyzes the features of teacher culture of balkanization and its form of representation. Thirdly, this thesis explores the reason of the forming of teacher culture of balkanization from three angles of view, namely individual angle, organizational angle and social angle. Fourthly, this thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of teacher culture of balkanization in a dialectic way. Fifthly, the thesis ends up with principles and strategies for modifying teacher culture of balkanization.
本文首先对教师文化、教师派别以及派别主义教师文化做了概念上的界定,在此基础上,参照中西方研究深入剖析了派别主义教师文化的特征,归纳了派别主义教师文化的具体表现形式;从个人层面、组织层面以及社会层面三个维度详实探讨了派别主义教师文化的形成原因;以辩证的观点全面分析了派别主义教师文化存在的合理性与弊端;在对合理性和弊端全面分析的基础上主要针对派别主义教师文化的弊端提出了矫正原则与策略;在对全文整体把握的高度上,本文认为应当采用审慎的变革态度和方式对派别主义教师文化进行恰当取舍,对于实质上是团体个人主义的派别主义文化,其解决的根本途径是走向合作。

The result shows that: with the expansion of teacher education space, the reform and development of Chinese teacher education is much closer or equal to that of the international teacher education. The transitional stage and education reform in China puts forward a new demand for P. E. talents. The innovation as to education object, specification and curriculum arrangement raised in P. E. Curriculum Arrangement for Chinese Universities with four-year Program published in 2003 meets such a demand, and narrows the gap of education development in high P. E. academy between China and foreign countries. P. E. teachers abroad are usually cultivated by comprehensive universities, the cultivating objectives are verified, and generalists adapted to social development are emphasized. Cultivating mode abroad are various, with "open-type" or "non-directional type" as the main mode, and 4-year program, 5-year program, and 3-year program serve as the main form of education system. Curriculum arrangement abroad stresses general education, with foundationalization, normalization, objectification, optionalization, miniaturization, internationalization and syntheticalization as its characteristics and it employs credit system. The close-typed cultivating mode of P. E. academies in China should be gradually transformed into open-type or multi-type, cultivating generalists instead of specialists, and further constructing a new one with several cultivating types co-existing. Orientation of P.E. teachers in China should follow standard principle, coordination principle, experience principle and resource principle. To improve P.E teacher education in China, the following measures can be taken: relevant laws and regulations should be made for orientation; P.E teachers" training organization should be encouraged to participate in orientation; extension and connotation of P.E. teacher education should be expanded; resources should be optimize; systematic P.E. teachers" orientations should be organized;"Life P.E. Teacher Qualification "should be changed; useful-life should be set for P. E. teacher qualification; P.E. teacher qualification should be regularly authenticated; On-job training of P. E. teachers abroad tends to be systematic, but in China P.E. teachers" on-job training and prevocational training are separated; therefore measures must be taken to change this circumstance and thus speed up the systematic process. Factors concerning constructing a new system of P. E teachers are the following: reconstructing resources, making P.E. teachers" cultivation, orientation and training systematic, establishing a mechanism for encouragement and punishment, making school-based training and college training systematic, and setting up a mechanism combining directional training with non-directional training.
研究结果表明:随着教师教育革新空间的拓展,我国体育教师教育的改革与发展水平逐步与国际体育教师教育发展趋于接轨化。2003年颁布的《全国普通高校体育教育本科专业课程方案》在培养目标和规格、课程设置上的创新性,适应了我国社会转型和教育改革对体育教育专业人才的需求,进一步缩小了与国外高等体育院系教育发展的差距;国外体育教师一般由综合性大学或文理多科性大学培养,培养目标多向化,以培养适应社会发展的通才型人才为主;培养模式灵活多样,多数以"开放型"或"非定向型"培养模式为主,学制多以4年制、5年制、3年为主;课程设置上注重通识教育,突出基础化、师范化、针对化、选修化、小型化、国际化和综合化特点,实行完全学分制的教育管理制度;我国普通高校体育教育本科专业人才培养模式应该由封闭性转向开放式混合型的人才培养模式转变,由专才型转向复合型人才培养模式转变,构建多种类型并存的人才培养模式;我国体育教师入职教育革新应遵循的原则是本位原则、协同原则、经验原则和时间与资源原则,改进措施有:做好入职教育的法规化、制度化建设,激励体育师资培育机构参与体育教师的入职教育,拓展体育教师教育的外延和内涵,优化整合资源,系统组织体育教师的入职教育,改变体育教师资格"终身制",设定体育教师资格有效期限,推行教师资格定期认证制度等;国际上体育教师在职培训体系显现了体育教师教育一体化的发展取向,但我国体育教师的在职培训与职前培养存在分离性,必须采取改革措施,加速我国体育教师教育的一体化进程;构建体育教师教育新体系的实施要素是:重组资源配置,实现体育教师培养、入职和培训一体化,建立奖惩机制,实现校本与院校培训一体化,建立体育教师定向与非定向培养培训有机结合机制。

Dealcoholization temperature markedly influences the surface area and porosity of the resultant MAO-supports. When the support was pretreated at lower or higher temperature, the corresponding MAO-support shows very low surface area;2.XRD and IR analyses indicate that MAO has reacted with the residual ethanol in the supports, which is an important manner to get MAO fixed on the carrier. Morever, XPS analyse indicates that MAO can also be coordinated with MgCl_2, which is another way to get MAO fixed on the support;3.ICP and EDX analyses indicate that dealcoholization temperature not only determined the element content on the solid catalyst, but also influences the element distribution on the carrier;4.The activities of the supported phenoxy-imine catalysts and the properties of resultant polymers are strongly dependent on the dealcoholization temperature. The support (MSP-5) obtained by treating MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH at 160℃for 4 h, then modified by MAO is very effective for immobilizing complex 3, the resultant solid catalyst (MSPC-5) shows very high activity in ethylene polymerization, and its kinetics of polymerization is stable during the reaction process. Finally, PEs with spherical morphology and high bulk density (over 0.35g/ml) were obtained, without reactor fouling;5.In this work, polymerization conditions such as alkylaluminums, Al/Zr ratio, temperature and H_2 had a pronounced effect on the activity of MSPC-5 and properties of PE;(3). New MgCl_2-Supported Single-Site Catalysts for Ethylene PolymerizationIn this work, a kind of new MgCl_2 support was obtained by anhydrous MgCl_2 co-milled with solid MAO, and it is a creative contribution. Then some single-site catalysts were supported on the new MgCl_2 support, and the resulted solid catalysts were tested in ethylene polymerization, the results indicated that:1.XRD and IR analyses indicate that MAO does be coordinated with MgCl_2, which is in good agreement with the results obtained by XPS;2.co-mlling time had no obvious effect on the texture of support after 12 hours;3.In this work, MgCl_2 was co-milled with solid MAO for different hours, and then complex 3 was supported on these co-milled supports. It was found that co-milling time markedly influences the activity of solid catalysts, but it had negligible effect on the kinetic profile and the properties of resultant PE.
XPS研究结果表明,MAO不仅仅只和乙醇作用,MAO还与MgCl_2本身有一定的作用,这是一个极为重要的发现;3、通过ICP和EDX表征,发现载体的脱醇温度直接影响着元素在固体催化剂中的含量及分布;4、脱醇温度极大地影响着负载苯氧基亚胺类催化剂的活性和聚合物的性能,特别是原始载体经160℃活化4小时制备得到的固体催化剂MSPC-5的活性明显高于其他脱醇温度条件下制得的固体催化,并且催化剂寿命长,表现出稳定的动力学行为,最终获得了高堆密度(大于0.35g/ml)的球形聚乙烯颗粒;5、本文选择MSPC-5为研究对象,考察了聚合反应参数对催化剂的活性及其聚合物的影响,研究发现:不同的烷基铝对催化剂具有非常重要的影响,特别足TIBA对MSPC-5的助催化活性最高,烷基铝的加入量有一个较佳值,聚合温度为80度时活性最高,H_2的加入使催化剂的活性明显降低且聚合物的分子量也减小;、新型氯化镁载体负载单活性中心催化剂催化乙烯聚合本文创造性采用固体MAO与无水氯化镁直接进行共研磨,制备出了一种的新型的氯化镁载体,并将该载体用于多种单活性中心催化剂的负载化研究,研究表明:1、通过BET、XRD的表征,再次证实了MAO与MgCl_2之间具有直接作用,与XPS的研究结果相一致;2、当研磨时间高于12小时时,延长研磨时间对载体的结构没有显著的影响;3、将配合物3负载于共研磨时间不同的一系列载体上,乙烯聚合结果表明,尽管共研磨时间对负载催化剂的活性具有明显的影响,但是它对聚合物的性能以及催化剂的影响不明显。
