In the paper,the essential oil of Syringa oblate Lindl var affinis Lingelsh bud from Qinghai was extracted by the method of water vapor distillation.

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了产自青海的白丁香花蕾的挥发油，应用GC/MS方法对其化学成分进行了分析，分离出47个色谱峰，鉴定了26个化合物，占总峰面积的88.7%，主要成分是丁香酚、丁香醇、石竹烯、苯乙醇等化合物。

METHOD: Radzx Stemonae tuberosae and Syringa reticulata Hara var. mandshurica Hara were identified by TLC, and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 m) was used, the mobile phase was methanol and 0.2% phosphoric Acid (45:55), flow rate was 0.9 mLmin^(-1), and the detection wavelength was 276 nm; the column temperature is 35℃.
