RESULTS: In this series, 6 cases showed hematemesis, 2 showed melena and 5 showed both symptoms. All cases underwent endoscopic examination after being hospitalized; 11 cases received a positive diagnosis by endoscopy (11/13, 85%), the success rate of first endoscopic therapy was 91%(10/11), and 4 cases were treated by laparotomic surgery (4/13, 31%). Among them, definitive surgery was performed under the guidance of endoscopic hemoclipping in 2 patients who failed to be treated by endoscopy. In another 2 cases, diagnosis was missed by endoscopy and definite diagnosis was made only following exploratory operation or on the basis of pathology after the operation.

结果：13例患者临床表现为单纯呕血者6例，呕血伴黑便者5例，单纯黑便者2例，所有病例入院后均行内镜检查；其中11例经内镜确诊(11/13， 85%)，首次内镜治疗成功率为91%(10/11)。4例经手术治疗(4/13， 31%)，其中2例内镜治疗失败者在内镜钛夹指引下实施确定性手术，另2例内镜漏诊者靠手术探查或术后病理确诊。10例随访患者无1例复发。

RESULTS: Virtual anatomical models could concurrently show bony and membranate vertebral canals. These exhibited comprehensive and minute bony anatomic structure of cervical vertebrae and anatomic information regarding dura mater, spinal cord, and nerve sleeve for pre-surgery evaluation and virtual surgery. The imaging virtual anatomic information was in accordance with practical anatomical information in patients.

结果：仿真解剖模型可同步显示骨性椎管和膜性椎管，为术前评估和模拟手术提供了颈椎全面、细微骨性解剖结构和硬膜囊、脊髓、神经根袖等软组织受压等解剖信息，与患者实际解剖相符合。

Granular myringitis is a disease which treatment method. This report rcveals that treating granular myringitis with surgery may achieve high successful rate (100%, 14 cases /14 cases). So the surgical treatment is one of the most effective methods to cure the granular myringitis, if we ignore its complexity and accidental perforation of ear drum during the surgery (28%, 4 cases/ 14 cases).

肉芽性鼓膜炎发生的原因迄今未明，且仍未有单一种的治疗方法可治愈所有的此类病例，然而本研究结果显示以手术去除鼓膜上的肉芽组织的方法，虽然较复杂且有导致手术中鼓膜意外穿孔的机率（28%，4/14 cases），但是术后成功率高（100%，14/14 cases），故手术疗法为治愈肉芽性鼓膜炎的好方法之一。

Results 32 cases of acoustic neurinoma,24 cases were large neurinoma,all confirmed by surgery,8 cases were small neurinoma,of which two cases were confirmed by surgery.
