Abstract］ Objective To observe the results of the suspension skill of auto?eyelid skin flap to blepharoptosis surgery. Methods The choice 49 cases (55 eyes) of ptosis,had been ptosis surgery under the general or local anesthesia,by suspension material of the auto?eyelid skin flap,associate with sutures of suspension method.

摘要］ 目的观察自体睑皮瓣悬吊术在治疗上睑下垂中的应用疗效方法选择上睑下垂患者49例（55眼），在全麻或局麻下，将自体眼睑皮肤形成皮瓣作为悬吊材料，联合缝线悬吊法对上睑下垂进行矫正手术。

LASIK were performed on the right eyes to attempt a correction of 3.00D and bothsided LASIK were performed on the left eyes to attempt a correction of 3.00D also. All the rabbits were examined with slitlamp microscope and in vivo confocal microscopy before surgery and at 1 day, 1 week, 1 and 3 months after surgery. At each time of post operation examination, 6 operated rabbits were killed randomly, and all the corneas were removed for histopathological observation of transmission electron microscopy and light microscopy.

24只新西兰大白兔右眼按3.00D行LASIK，左眼角膜瓣上基质和基质床上分别按1.50D行BSL，分别于术后1，7d；1，3mo随机选取6只动物，行裂隙灯、活体共焦显微镜、组织病理学及透射电镜检查。

The healing rate of wound of control group is obviously higher than the model group.(3) Observe under the microscope: When 3 days after we practice the surgery, HE and observe control group wound have a large number of inflammation nature cell soak, model group wound surface inflammatory cell relatively sparse in Balb/c mouse;The control group can seeⅠtype collagenic and green type collagenic day, model group type be obviously less than the control group; When 7 days after we practice the surgery,HE and bitter acid-staining observe control group peripheral inflammation cell soak, have appeared granulation organize.

3镜下观察：创伤后第3d，HE染色观察对照组伤口有大量炎性细胞浸润，模型组小鼠创面炎症细胞较稀疏，天狼猩红染色对照组可见少量呈黄色的Ⅰ型胶原和呈绿色的Ⅲ型胶原，模型组Ⅲ型胶原要明显少于对照组；创伤后第7d， HE染色观察对照组周边炎性细胞浸润，有肉芽组织出现。
