Purpose and Methods : This paper observed the effect s of Vitamin E Succinate on cell growth ,DNA synthesis and the appearance of apoptosic morphological change in human gast ric cancer SGC - 7901 cell line in vit ro.

目的与方法：本实验采用体外细胞培养的方法，研究了维生素E 琥珀酸酯对人胃癌SGC27901 细胞生长和DNA合成的影响，并进行了细胞凋亡形态学观察。

The chemical constituents of extracts of Tamarindus indica L were determined by GC-MS. The relative contents of constitutes were determined by area normalizing method. 48 compounds were identified, amounting to total mass fraction 98.5%. The main compounds were 5-methyl-2(3H)-furanone, diethyl succinate, furfural, hexadecanoic acid, linolenic acid, 5-methylfurfural, oleic acid, linoleic acid, etc.

The results show that the hyperthyroidism group has elevated levels of choline, glucose and declined levels of VLDL, LDL, cholesterol, lactate, glycoprotein and alanine in serum samples relative to the healthy group. In urine samples, the hyperthyroidism group show increased levels of glucose, citrate, taurine and creatinine as well as decreased levels of hippurate, trimethylamine-N-oxide, formate and succinate.

The results indicated that the total quantity of volatile components in grape wine after MLF had increased and there were evident difference in the contents and proportion of isoamyl alcohol, 2-ethyl hydracrylic acid, ethyl succinate, and acetic acid in the two kinds of grape wine treated or not treated by MLF. Besides, lactic acid and ethyl lactate, which could not be accurately identified in grape wine not treated by MLF, could be easily separated and identified in grape wine treated by MLF like other main components.

METHODS: D-galactose (1 000 mg·k-1·d-1 ) was injected into mice hypodermically for 8 weeks to induce aging animal model, and Vit-E (100 mg·kg-1; 250 mg·kg-1) was administered for 6 weeks by ig at the 3rd week of making model. After Vit-E treatment for 8 weeks, water maze test was used to determine the ability of mice's learning and memory.
