METHODS: In mobilization group (M, n=10), granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (30 μg·kg-1·d-1) was injected subcutaneously 3 hours after MI and every 24 hours for 5 days. On the 5th day, the BMCs from 10 mL peripheral blood were labeled with bromodeoxyuridine for 24-48 hours, then reinjected intravenously.
