Based on present researches,by means of modern measurement and analysis techniques,systemic laboratory experiments,field investigations and through theory researches were conducted.And following are the major points and achievements presented in this dissertation:①The micro-convexity on fracture plane was studied.Analyzing and comparing the static attribute and dynamic variation of natural fracture with the artificial,untreated fracture,artificial and scabbled fracture as well,making out the criteria that artificial and scabbled fracture simulate natural fracture.②We take the effect of all the three primary stresses and stress invariant into account in the Lade-dbl yield criterion,which can preferably reflect all the yield and destruction characteristic of the rock material.

结合裂缝性储层应力敏感性研究现状，利用现代化测试手段，通过系列的室内实验以及深入的理论探讨，本文取得的研究成果包括以下几个方面：①从裂缝面上的微凸体入手，分析和对比了天然裂缝、人工但未经过处理的裂缝，以及经过粗化处理以后的人工裂缝的静态特征和动态变化，指出了经过粗化处理以后的人工裂缝模拟天然裂缝的依据；②Lade双曲服面屈服准则考虑了所有三个主应力或应力不变量对屈服与破坏的影响，能够较好的反应岩石材料的所有屈服和破坏特性。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the clinical meaning of the treatment of tibial plateau fracture by mipo and operation method.methods 34 cases of tibial plateau fracture with schatzker typeⅰ～ⅴ were treated by mipo during march 2005 to june 2007,then followed-up all the cases.results using mipo to treat the tibial plateau fracture in reducing bleeding and operating time,all cases had no tresis vulnus infection and necrosis,no fracture disunion,no loosening and breaking of internal fixations,etc.the knees function regained well.conclusion treating tibial plateau fractures with mipo has little obstructe in environment of fracture healing through minimally invasive,has fortes of minimally invasive,firm of internal fixations,low rate of infection,high rate of fracture healing,can reduce the complications,fit principle of biologic fixation.

目的 讨论应用微创接骨板固定术在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床意义及手术方法。方法运用mipo技术治疗2005年3月～2007年6月34例schatzkerⅰ～ⅴ型胫骨平台骨折，并对其进行随访观察。结果运用mipo技术治疗胫骨平台骨折，手术时间短，术中出血量少，没有发生伤口感染坏死、骨折不愈合和内固定松动、断裂等并发症，术后患者膝关节功能恢复良好。结论 mipo在治疗胫骨平台骨折时以微创来提供尽可能少受干扰的骨折愈合环境，具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点，减少了并发症的发生，符合生物学固定的原理。

According to Hardegger classification system,there were 8 cases of scapular body fracture,9 of scapular spine fracture,6 of scapular acromion,10 of scapular neck fracture,6 of glenoid rim fracture and 4 of glenoid fossa fracture.

Method］from may 2000 to november 2007,14 patients(10 females,4 males;mean age 34.6 years)with scapular fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation through a posterior approach.eight patients were injurred in traffic accidents,3 due to falling,2 by direct violence and 1 due to cut.there were eleven patients with close fractures and 3 with open fractures.according to hardegger classification system,there were 8 cases of scapular body fracture,9 of scapular spine fracture,6 of scapular acromion,10 of scapular neck fracture,6 of glenoid rim fracture and 4 of glenoid fossa fracture.

结果 MSCT扫描MPR、SSD技术在寰枢椎外伤中可：(1)对于外伤后病情不适合拍平片者，MSCT能快速、准确地明确骨折、脱位的有无及其类型；(2)MSCT轴位扫描结合MPR能排除因平片结构重叠漏诊的骨折以及平片不易发现的隐匿骨折；(3)MPR对椎体发生的常规轴位扫描易漏诊的水平型骨折线能明确诊断；(4)对于没有骨折的寰枢关节半脱位能提供可靠的依据。

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
