The purpose of this study is to explore the subjective difficulty of clinical preceptors in student teaching and the variants of different backgrounds that might influence the subjective difficulty of clinical preceptor in student teaching. This study is a quantification study carried out by questionnaires. Research subjects of this study are care workers in two regional teaching hospitals and three medical centers in Taipei who acted as clinical preceptor responsible for at least one student nurse within recent six months. The effective response rate of questionnaire was 93.08%(out of 130 questionnaires in total).

本研究目的是探讨临床辅导员自觉的教学困难，并探讨不同背景变项会影响临床辅导员的教学困难的情形，本研究为量性研究，以问卷调查为方法，以台北县市二家区域教学医院及三家医学中心，近半年内临床工作期间担任一位以上专科层级护生实习之临床辅导员的护理人员为研究对象进行方便取样，根据自拟临床辅导员自觉教学困难问卷为研究工具，发出样本为130份，实际回收样本为123份，有效问卷回收率为93.08%。

This paper was focus on Dianshan River which is one of the most important water sources of Shanghai. We study the distribution, speciation and transformation rule of Cu, Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb and As in sedimentary record. In addition, the history of development of industries and agriculture were also taken into account to study the heavy metal pollution history in the study area.

本文以上海的重要水源地——淀山湖为研究对象，通过对研究区沉积物中重金属元素Cu、Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb、As的时空分布规律以及它们在沉积物中随时间或沉积深度的形态分布及迁移转化规律的研究，综合考虑区域工农业发展现状和历史对沉积物中重金属元素含量及分布的影响，对区域重金属污染历史及效应进行分析论证。

It consists of the next three aspects: firstly, we study Murthys' open problem whether the augmented matrix is a Q0-matrix for an arbitary square matrix A , provide an affirmable answer to this problem , obtain the augmented matrix of a sufficient matrix is a sufficient matrix and prove the Graves algorithm can be used to solve linear complementarity problem with bisymmetry Po-matrices; Secondly, we study Murthys' conjecture about positive semidefinite matrices and provide some sufficient conditions such that a matrix is a positive semidefinite matrix, we also study Pang's conjecture , obtain two conditions when R0-matrices and Q-matrices are equivelent and some properties about E0 ∩ Q-matrices; Lastly, we give a counterexample to prove Danao's conjecture that if A is a Po-matrix, A ∈ E' A ∈ P1* is false, point out some mistakes of Murthys in [20] , obtain when n = 2 or 3, A ∈ E' A ∈ P1*, i.e.
