It is an important activity of the urban forestry policy project co-funded by European Community to organize a study tour on urban forestry in Europe for Chinese experts. This study choose Changle Gaoya reservoir irrigation areas as the study sites, through the installation of different ultrasonic equipment on open channel of non-uniform flow to study the flow gauging of non-uniform flow in open channel:(1)5 tracks ultrasonic open channel flow meter used to real-time monitoring the flow of velocity ,water depth and discharge;(2)Ultrasonic liquid level gauge used to real-time measure the upper level and tail level of the two sections ,then the computer calculated average water level, gradient of water table and discharge;(3)Change the open channel water conveyance into pipeline full flow water conveyance, installed the ultrasonic liquid level gauge and pipe flow gauge on the inflow point and surface of pipe, water level and discharge would detect in real time.

本研究以山东省昌乐县高崖水库灌区为研究地点，通过安装在灌溉明渠上的不同超声波设备对明渠非均匀流的测流进行了研究：(1)用五声波超声波明渠流量计对测流渠段的流速、水深及流量进行了实时监测；(2)用超声波液位计将测流渠段的上下游两断面水位实时测出，再用计算机分时段算出平均水位、水面坡降及流量；(3)将测流渠段明渠输水改造成管道满流输水，分别在管道进口前及管管上安装超声波液位计和管道式流量计，将水位和流量实时测出。

Rainbow pink, Vetiver grass, and Indian mustard were used in this study to test the remediation of the Cd, Zn, and Pb-contaminated soil. The objectives of this study are to assess the effect of applying EDTA on the phytoremediation of metals-contaminated soils and to assess the interactions among three metals in multiple metals-contaminated soils. Different applying methods with same amounts of EDTA are also used in this study to assess their effect on the metal concentration in the shoot of plant and on reducing the potential risk of groundwater contamination.

本研究於受镉、锌及铅污染的坋质黏土土壤中种植五彩石竹、培地茅及印度芥菜，利用此三种植物植生复育受多种重金属污染的土壤，污染土壤的镉、锌及铅浓度分别为20、500及1，000 mg/kg，评估施用EDTA对於促进植生复育的效果，并以镉、锌及铅浓度分别为10、100及1，000 mg/kg分别配制不同重金属污染土壤，研究三种重金属间交互作用对於植物累积重金属的影响，并评估以相同的EDTA施加总量分一至四次施用对植物累积重金属及降低地下水污染的风险的效果。

Since the installation of fire safety is not a part of a building structure and the seismic building design code does not include fire water pipings, the design of them in Taiwan does usually not consider the seismic effect. This study first collected and summarized the relevant seismic design codes and fire control standards from U.S., Japan, China and Taiwan to understand the internationally adopted methods for seismic from designs of fire water pipings. This study also gathered engineering cases and photographs of the installation of the shock resistance hangers of fire water pipings in high technology factory buildings. Then, this study presented a proposal for seismic design principles. we hope this can attract attentions from government authorities and the fire safety business sector and to rise concerns of the seismic design of fire safety installation; and therefore set up a clear and practical criterion for the engineers and finally reduce the damage of post earthquake fires.

由於消防安全设备向来都是归属於非结构物，国内一般在进行结构设计时并未将消防管路纳入耐震设计的范畴内，本研究系针对建筑物内消防管路的耐震设计为议题，搜集并整理出美国、日本、大陆及国内等相关建筑和消防规范的执行现况，以了解目前国际上在消防管路方面所采取的耐震设计手法，本研究也同时汇整了目前国内重大科技厂房新建工程在消防撒水管路耐震吊架上，所采用的设计案例和实际装置后照片，祈能藉由此案例唤起国内相关主管单位和消防业界对建筑物内消防安全设备耐震力设计的关注，共同研议订定出明确、实用且可供大家遵循的消防安全设备耐震设计准则，以减低国内在地震后火灾所造成的危害。
