After this study, they want to make out the improving proposal for the wire rope enwinding system in that rig, so as to make that kind of equipment been used to deep and ultra-deep drilling operation.

本文在研究、继承已有国内外研究成果的基础上，在理论和应用方面都进行了研究：理论方面，提出了工程造价、工程造价管理、工程造价估算的概念，分析之间的相互关联；介绍工程造价估算的影响因素，提出对编制方法的探讨；列举出目前常用的工程造价估算方法，介绍各种方法的原理、使用方法及应用条件，分析各自的优缺点；通过介绍基于案例推理的提出、基本原理、推理过程和与传统推理机制的比较，剖析该方法的精髓，对其有了整体把握。应用方面，基于对研究对象的深刻理解，分析了工程造价估算问题和基于案例推理二者结合的必要性和可行性；建立了基于案例推理的工程造价估算系统，综合运用模糊数学、灰色理论、运筹学等知识，构造了系统算法；并运用上述理论和方法进行了实例分析，实现了基于案例推理的工程造价估算问题的初步研究，使得运用基于案例推理方法解决工程造价估算问题的设想得到了肯定。

The research work in this dissertation aim to apply the advanced technique in practice, that ramifies three parts: at first, the basic study of the computer vision, especially the stereo vision, include their technical mechanisms, methods and algorithms resolves the same technical problems of endoscopy and ferrograhpy based on stereo vision. Secondly, the endoscopy of engine fault inspection based on stereovision is researched and the system faced to this application is developed, thus the problems of stereovision applied to macroscopical images such as endoscopic images are resolved in method and computation. In addition, inside scenes are reconstructed and typical damages of engine inside are analyzed. Thirdly, the investigations of system formation, methods applied and algorithms study of debris analysis based on stereovision is carried out. Thus the problems of stereovision applied in debris analysis are resolved mainly. Furthermore, the integrated method combine with 3D symbolic parameters is studied and discussed for the recognition of debris configuration in pilot.

本文的研究工作以技术应用为目标，分为三大部分：首先是对计算机视觉，特别是立体视觉技术机理、方法和算法的基本研究，主要解决了立体视觉在内窥探伤与铁谱检测中应用的技术共同点；其次是对基于立体视觉的发动机内窥探伤的技术研究和系统开发，解决了立体视觉用于内窥图像这一宏观图像的技术和算法实现问题，其中包括对内窥场景的视觉重建和对发动机内部典型损伤的分析；最后对基于立体视觉的磨粒分析技术的系统构架、实施方法和相关算法进行了研究，主要解决了立体视觉用于磨粒显微图像的技术问题，并对融合三维描述参数的磨粒形态综合识别方法进行了初步研究与探讨。

The rubber seal issue under operating system has been studied by the theory of dynamic sealing. The deformation and stress distribution of rubber material were calculated under the well in-pressure and sealing out-pressure using then-linear finite element. Through the experimental study of the rubber strength and fatigue, the intensity limit and the fatigue life were obtained. According to the study results, a new type of sealing equipment was designed by adding the reinforcing steel bar into rubber core to reduce the maximum shear stress, so as to solve the problems of dynamic seal under hyperbaric pressure.

采用动态密封理论，针对带压作业系统中的橡胶密封胶芯问题，利用非线性有限元计算了在井压和密封外压作用下的变形和应力分布特征，并通过对密封胶芯材料进行了强度和疲劳实验研究，获得了胶芯材料破坏的原因，进而根据计算和实验研究结果，进一步提出了在胶芯内增加钢筋以减小最大剪切力的改进意见，同时进行了理论校核，并以此为基础设计了新型的密封胶芯，从而解决了带压作业装置高压动密封的难题。
