The study gives us the following conclusion through the analysis of teacher's strategies: Firstly, teachers' strategies are three characteristics including rule-control strategy is dominant in all ones, teachers are generally using strategy group to cope with ""anomie"" activities in a context of ""anomie"", teacher's strategy is flexile in different context.
