本方法所制肥胖大鼠模型具有高体重、高脂、高leptin和高Ins血症的特点，符合人类单纯性肥胖病的临床和病理特征；实验研究显示：针灸能明显减少肥胖大鼠的摄水、摄食量及降低其体重、体脂；针灸能促使白色脂肪细胞直径、面积、体积缩小，减少肥胖大鼠棕色脂肪组织血管周围白色脂肪细胞数量，显示：针灸增强了白色脂肪细胞的代谢，促进了白色脂肪细胞向棕色脂肪细胞的转化：肥胖大鼠PVN神经细胞自发放电频率增加，脑内单胺递质紊乱，针灸通过抑制PVN亢奋的自发放电，调整5-HT水平，达到影响食欲，改善代谢的作用；肥胖大鼠血中leptin及Ins水平增高，与正常组大鼠比有明显差异，提示大鼠体内存在leptin及Ins抵抗，针灸后肥胖大鼠随着体重体脂的下降，血中leptin、Ins水平降低，与肥胖组比均有显著性差异，而针灸后大鼠脑内leptin增加，与肥胖组比P.05，提示：针灸具有改善leptin、Ins抵抗及增加leptin脑内转运的作用。

Methods: A retrospective study was performed including 397 women treated with IVF-ET with unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or salpingoplasty for ectopic pregnancy or salpingemphraxis and patients with tubal infertility with existing salpinx. A total of 116 women with history of unilateral (n=70, group A) or bilateral (n=46, group B) received salpingectomy; 60 women with history of unilateral (n=27, group C) or bilateral (n=33, group D) receivedv salpingoplasty. While the remaining women, who were accomplished in the same duration, with fallopian tube obstruction but without hydrosalpinges were acted as control group (n=221, group E). The basic clinical information and ovarian response to gonadotropins were evaluated in these groups.

目的 观察天麻对痴呆模型大鼠海马、皮质神经元微管相关蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物丙二醛表达的影响，探讨其治疗阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer disease，ad)的作用机制。方法用冈田酸(okadaic acid，oa)注射大鼠侧脑室造模，测定模型组、实验组、对照组海马和皮质tau蛋白、sod、mda的含量。结果实验组tau蛋白低于模型组(p＜0.001)，高于对照组(p＜0.05)；sod高于模型组(p＜0.001)和对照组(p＜0.05)；mda低于模型组(p＜0.001)，高于对照组(p＜0.05)。结论天麻可增强oa致实验性痴呆大鼠脑组织sod活性，降低mda蓄积和tau蛋白生成，具有防治阿尔茨海默病的作用。

New Zealand white rabbits (3-4 months old, 3-4 kg weight) were the test animals, and they were divided into three groups proceeding in this study. In group A:One PLLA screw and one commercial screw were implanted in the right tibia. Two PLLA screws were implanted in the left. Furthermore, one PLLA bar was implanted in both right and left tibia respectively with onlay model in group B. Also,one PLLA plate was implanted in the left tibia and one commercial plate in the right respectively with onlay model in group C . Many tests were done on each sample in 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks which included the observation of tissue response in group A, and the change of three-points bending, weight loss, molecular weight, crystallinity and morphology of fracture surface by scanning electronic microscopyin group B, and the change of three-points bending, weight loss and molecular weight in group C.

Methods40 adult male SD rats were used in this study and divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, TNY treatment group, and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. The subacutely aging rats were made by injecting Dgal into the rats' abdominal cavity continuosly. The learning and memory ability of rats in each group were detected with Morris water maze. The monoamine transmitter contents in hypothalamus and hippocampus were detected with HPLCECD.

The design of nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group, as quasi-experiment design was applied to the study. There were totally 67 seventh students from a junior high school in Taipei county participating in this study, 34 of which were assigned to the experimental group and 33 of which to the control group. In the epilogue, we generalize the significance of the study of the dissertation, hoping that the Ge Fei's case study we do can give the subsequent researchers some revelation.
