Methods 120 SD rats were divided randomly into blank group, model group, Baoliezhi control group and Qianliening granule groups with different doses. The models were established with hypodermic injection of testosterone propionate at 4 mg/kg after orchiectomy, at the same time, these rats were gastric perfused with different drugs respectively for 30 days. The body weight, prostate weight, prostate index, morphological changes, the level of T and E2 were measured. Results The body weight in model group was significantly lower than that in control group (P.05), the prostate weight and index were obviously higher than that in control group (P.01). The prostate weight and index were decreased significantly in Qianliening granule groups with meddle and high doses (P.01), the level of testosterone was increased significantly and E2 was decreased obviously in Qianliening granule group with high doses.

将雄性SD大鼠60只，随机分成空白组、模型组、保列治治疗对照组、前列宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组，采用丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射引起大鼠前列腺增生模型，连续给药30d后，观察6组动物体重前列腺湿重前列腺指数前列腺组织形态血清睾酮雌二醇(E2)水平的变化结果模型组大鼠体重较正常组明显减轻(P.05)，而前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显升高(P.01)；前列宁颗粒中、高剂量组的前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显下降(P.01)；前列宁颗粒高剂量组可明显升高大鼠血清T水平，降低E2水平，使T/E2比例升高。

Compare the lung injury extent and the important physiological parameters to determine the optimal condition for rabbit ventilator induced lung injury, Choosing another 24 new Zealand rabbit, randomly divided into 4 groups:(1)conventional ventilation+PEEP group;(2)ventilator induced lung injury group: employ the experimental condition determined by the first part experiment;(3)VILI+HO-1 inducer hemin group:pre-treated with HO-1 inducer, the ventilation method is the same with VILI group;(4)VILI+HO-1 inhibitor Zn-PP group(Zn-PP group):pre-treated with HO-1 inhibitor, the ventilation condition is the same with VILI group.

Results: Compared with the C group, the contents of CORT in blood and ACTH in pituitary gland are increased at the different time points. Compared with the C group ,the contents of CR11 in Hypothalamus are enhanced in S and SAI groups on list but those are reduced in S and SM groups on 16st and 21st. Compared with the S group ,the contents of CORT in blood and ACH in pituitary gland are increased in SM group on 11 at. Compared with the SM groups, the contents of CORT in blood are reduced in TKXLD groups on 11st, l6st and 21st. Compared with the SAT group respectively, the contents of CRH in Hypothalamus are decreased in TKXLD group on list and those in TKXLD group are increased on 16st and 21st.

Methods Medullary slices of newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were prepared for the experiment. The electrophysiological experiment comprised 5 groups (each with 8 slices), each of which were perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid, CO, 1H-[1, 2, 4] oxadiazolo [4, 3-a] quinoxalin-1-one (a specific inhibitor of sGC, ODQ group), ODQ+CO (ODQ+CO group), and dimethyl sulfoxide, respectively. The mice in experimental group and control group were exposed to 350 cGy radiation produced by 60Co. After 3 h, karyocytes at different concentrations in the fresh human umbilical cord blood were injected into the mice in experimental group A, B, C via their tail veins, and the equal volume of normal sodium was also injected into control group via tail veins. The results showed that, on code evaluation performance, the effect of self-explanation was not significant between groups, but high prior knowledge learners outperformed low prior knowledge learners. On code generation performance, the guiding-question group outperformed the principle- prompt group and the control group. And the high prior knowledge group scored significantly higher than the low prior knowledge group. Finally, on the analysis of attitudes toward self-explanation activities, the guiding-question group showed more positive acceptance than the principle-prompt group.
