The homology of the nucleotide sequences and genetic variation analysis of NDV strains suggested that mere were obvious divergence in gene lever among NDV vaccine strains and epizootic strains isolated from different areas and different ages.The divergence may have effect on amino acid and structure and function of protein in some extent and lead to difference of immunogenicity ,which was one of reason being difficult in preventing from ND.

A 1.2 kb fragment of the gyrB gene of 17 Gordonia strains including type strains were determined by direct sequencing of PCR amplified fragments. Total 25 strains (8 were retrieved from public database) of genus Gordonia form a distinct phyletic line in the gyrB-based tree and are separated from other closely-related species of genera to suborder Corynebacterineae.

It is the fact that three methionines distributed in the Hsp16.3 will begradually oxidated, in vitro, by hydrogen peroxide(H2O2). Ceftazidime shows similar MIC on mucoid or nonmucoid strains in routine microbroth dilution test. In nonmucoid strains,both planktonic and sessile bacteria are sensitive to ceftazidime and 4μg/ml azithromycin shows little effect on the MBCs of ceftazidime while in mucoid strains, sessile bacteria in biofilms show high MBCs of ceftazidime and adding 4μg/ml azithromycin brings obvious reduction in MBCs of ceftazidime and enhance the sessile bacterial sensitivity to ceftazidime.

Results The distinctive PCR products of the 6 isolated strains from Liaoning and Jilin areas through restriction with Hinf I ,Hha I ,Rsa I appeared two different kinds of RFLP restriction map. The strains HCAa9202,HCAp9203 and HCM9501 had the similar restriction maps with reference strain Gilliam,but they did not have restriction site of Hinf I ;Strains KDCt9402,KDCp9403 and KDCt9404 had the simular testriction map with reference strain Karp.

In this study, the cDNA fragments of G-L intergenic region and polymerase activity module in L gene of two street rabies virus were cloned and sequenced. The nucleotides sequence of these cDNA fragments mentioned above and their deduced amino acid sequence were compared with that of rabies virus strains, rabies-related virus strains and other Rliabdoviridae published previously. The result show that the homology of nucleotide sequence of G-L IGR among MRV, DRV is 83.3%, compared with other rabies-related virus strains, the homology of G-L IGR is between 58.3%-91.7%. the length of G-L IGR of rabies virus is different in Rhabdoviridae.
